Pawvac 5+ Pound Vacuum Sealed Pet Food Storage Container; White Cap & Body/Black Paws

Really nice little container - I was searching for one to bring my dog's food back and forth to work with me daily. I got the 12 ounce size and I'd say it holds about 3-4 cups of dog food in it. (Ended up returning the 6oz size as it was really small and barely held 2 cups). It seals nicely, you have to push the button on the lid down to seal it while pushing the lid on, and push the button while opening it as well. My only small complaint is that the lid doesn't stay on extremely tight - if you lift it by the lid and it's full/heavy, the lid will start to slide off a little. Otherwise the lid will not come off, only moves some if pulled on. I'm happy with it, it serves its purpose and I looked through MANY different options!

I needed something to keep the ants out of the cat's treats. We have these tiny ants that get past any ordinary lids. This is big enough for me to put the box of cat treats in without dumping them out, and it has a really snug fitting lid with a valve to let air through when opening or closing. The lid is a little awkward, but well worth it. It's looks bigger than I expected, and would hold a whole lot more - maybe 3lb? - if I emptied the cat's treats or food into it.

I was shocked to receive this in the mail. I thought it would be a relatively small storage container for cat treats, but I clearly didn't read the actual size dimensions. The picture made it look so small!With that said, I'm definitely not unhappy about it. I could easy fit an entire bag of cat food in there and keep it nice and fresh for my kitty. If I travel anywhere, this will be much more convenient than lugging a giant bag around. I'll update this review if the product doesn't work for whatever reason.

I was happy to find a cat themed air tight storage container to hold my cat's kibble dry food. The seal on my food bag broke after 1 week of us, so I immediately searched for a kitty themed container to keep the dry food fresh. The contents of my 2lb 8oz bag of dry cat food fits perfectly into the Pawvac 24 ounce container. Also, pressing the air tight button to release the lid works perfectly with ease. I just purchased this item, so I don't know the longevity of the product, but I'm hoping it lasts for a long time. FYI...this item should be handwashed only, per the manufacturer. I like the clear container with the kitty logo, that way I know how much food is remaining in the container. Seeing this container brings a smile to my face every time I open the pantry door :) I was also pleased to find out that this item is manufacturered in the U.S. Thanks Tightpac America for making a quality cat themed product! This container is exactly what I've been looking for! My cat is on special kidney food and it smells horrible. My whole house was smelling badly because of it. I tried everything. Finally, I bought this container. I still put the food in a mini dish (one that fits inside this container) to keep this container clean of food. Now, I close the food inside the container, put it in the fridge, and no smell! Yay!

My pet peeve...STICKERS that do not come off. I have soaked the lid, drenched it in veggie oil as a solvent, detergent, cleanser and scratchy pad. Still there is a sticky residue that will only harbor gunk & germs. This makes me crazy! So, I have a tiny, little OVER-PRICED container with a gummy, scratched lid. Can't return it cuz I damaged it trying to get the sticker off. Do NOT buy this item!

its very small ..I ordered a larger size because it closes so well and my dog is allergic to storage mites. and he is also a treat hound so we need a bigger one. our boy is 115 lbs. when I don't feel like getting up I can tell jim to go get me the treat jar and he does so this size is good for that so taller should work. still keeping the small one just don't want the hassle and its great just small

It's cute and attractive, but the locking system isn't designed very well. It seems like every time I pick it up it's unlocked and the lid starts to come off. And this isn't me forgetting to fully put the lid back on because I've made sure that it locks into place and that the lid doesnt start coming off when I pick it up before putting it away. So that with the price being $66 brings the rating to three stars. I could've gotten a cheaper one with the same (or better) quality at Petco, Petsmart, Home Goods, or Ross. But I really liked the design of this one, so that's why I chose it.

My cat needs medicine twice a day. We use pill pockets to give them to him. I wanted a container that I could prepare the 'treats' ahead of time and store them in something airtight. This works perfectly. It's nice and small, and the air seal keeps the contents fresh and lid on tight.... so when he tries to get his 'treat' ahead of time and knocks it off the counter, it stays secure. And it's cute too.

Cute item, unfortunately won’t be able to use it as they have sent me a defective product. The container had a massive crack along the side and bottom. Makes the product useless. Amazon help desk is friendly, but not many options in terms of being compensated for this. Huge disappointment as I was really looking forward to using it. Won’t be purchasing their products again.
