These are so much better than the coat hangers I was using before. I was able to map out the whole sprinkler system without my wires sticking to sweaty hands. That's important down here in south Texas! I am going to take them out to our farm and map my neighbor's water lines and electric lines for him so he can auger out post holes. So useful! And easy to use. I have no idea how they work, but they absolutely do! Everyone thinks I'm crazy until I show then their waterlines. Then they are all in. The only issue I had was in high winds, because they turn freely on the handle sleeves. My recommendation is not to try to use them when there is a 25 mph or higher wind going on. Love them.

As a small child I remember my dad using dowsing rods to look for underground water sources. I purchased these on a whim. WOW! These are eerily amazing how they work! They really do seem to have a mind of their own as they move freely in the well designed handles. We live on a large parcel of land and do depend on a very deep well/pump for our water. I am amazed how well these point me in the direction of future water if for some reason the water table depletes in present well that we are using to other sources on our land. I'm told by the drilling company that put our last well in that these tools work as well and sometimes better than more expensive electronic equipment.

I know a lot of people out there don’t believe in dowsing, but I was a skeptic once as well. My father-in-law introduced me to this method for locating underground water lines by having me try it using bent pieces of cut up clothes hangers, and it worked. Over the course of twenty some odd years we used that method to locate buried water lines and electric lines on property. And it always worked. I saw these advertised on “DudeIWantThat.com” and ordered them. You can save your money and use bent pieces of copper wire or coat hangers but these are much better quality. I tried them out and they work very well. I checked by crossing a water line where I know it is, and they accurately located exactly where it is. Be a skeptic, but try them. You will be pleasantly surprised.

They are what they are. They seem well built and comfortable to hold in your hand. However make sure you set your expectations. These are not a replacement for technology. They are a folk remedy that may work but there is no science behind it.

These rods are absolutely beautiful. I actually use my rods for spirit communication and love the fact that they are beautifully crafted and professional looking. They have a smooth glide to them with absolutely NO catching on any extra metal. I love them!

After using various items scrounged from work van all these years I decided to buy a set of rods. These are nice and I have no regrets. I am a plumber by trade and have seen old-timers use these with great success. I have used these as well over the years when the modern location equipment was not available and let me tell you they work great. I use them to locate curb stops, sewer lines, water service lines, and wellheads as well. It should be a standard tool in every plumbers work truck.

Used to find water but did not work

Didn't believe it was real, tried it with a 5 gal bucket of water and it found it quickly. then tried it and it found my well without a hesitation. I'm a believer now!! wonder if it will find gold or silver? maybe that's asking too much huh. LOL
