My Hair: It's Alive!!!
Have you ever gotten a hair product and hoped it would be the best remedy for your split ends and damaged hair? After buying so many hair products, it was hopeless to rescue my damaged hair, until I found Olaplex No. 3. This product is a great hair treatment product for men and women with damaged hair. This creation helps strengthen hair by repairing and healing each individual hair shaft with less noticeable split ends. This product has quick results and after 2-3 washes, your hair is noticeably healthier and stronger. It is also leaves your hair very shiny and soft with the amount of hydration it gives. Many celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Drew Barrymore, and Chrissy Teigen use this product and describe it as a “game changer”. Although the quality of this product is very good, it is not cheap considering how much product you’re getting. This product will help your split ends as well as relieve its thirstiness. Many people might say, “Well is it a popular brand?”, it sure is! Many famous celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Drew Barrymore, and Chrissy Teigen swear by this product. KKW Beauty owner, Kim Kardashian, says, “When your hair is really damaged, if you sleep in that, it really works. I notice a huge difference!” Kim Kardashian has gone from brunette to platinum blonde hair and expresses confidence in this product. Drew Barrymore has her own beauty company and she also uses this merchandise. She says, “And so quickly my hair is remarkably and clearly better. It's curling and actually bouncing and looking like hair rather than coughed up bird feathers….” She clearly states that she values this product because of how it leaves her hair looking. Chrissy Teigen is a firm believer in it since she colours her hair very often and says that it’s a “miracle worker”. Although many people may assume that celebrities are getting paid to say this product is good, other review of this product certainly shows that it is definitely worth buying! Olaplex No. 3 helped me rescue my damaged hair with split ends. It is a concentrated at-home treatment that contains the same ingredients found in all professional salon products. It will fix split ends by relinking the broken disulfide bonds caused by chemical, thermal, and mechanical damage to the hair. This formula is made to work with various types of hair while reducing breakage and improving its look and feel. This treatment links broken bonds in the hair before, during, and after chemical treatment. This means your hair is actually being repaired and not just temporarily hydrated by using various types of oils with no parabens, sulfates, and phthalates, which are dangerous chemicals. This product not only brings life to your hair, but repairs it, which is why many people should buy this product. Although this product is astonishing, it can be a little high-priced for the amount of product provided. When purchasing this product, 100mL is provided for $28. The reason that only 100mL is provided is because only a generous amount of this product is needed to coat hair in one treatment; no matter the length of hair. Only a small amount is needed to leave hair looking healthy. Compared to other treatments, this product is considered over-priced, but it is considered phenomenal. This treatment is definitely an investment for hair considering the price. Olaplex No. 3 is the perfect hair treatment product for men and women with impaired hair. Now, one might say, “Why should I use this product?”, well, this product strengthens hair like no other treatment, while not only leaving hair with less visible split ends, but also repairing them. The effect of this product is impeccable with only 2-3 washes to produce healthy and hydrated hair. Many celebrities are advocates for this product such as Kim Kardashian, Drew Barrymore, and Chrissy Teigen. After constantly putting chemicals in my hair, this hair mask rescued my damaged hair by bringing my natural curly hair to life through a series of treatments. This product is an investment for hair and everyone with damaged hair should use it.

The miracle you have been waiting for
This is the holy grail of hair products. I am in my late 40s and have thin, dry, color damaged hair. My hair has been frizzy and I could only wear a ponytail and even in that it would become a tangled rat mess. I have tried 100s of dollars in products from Keratin hair treatments, Aveda products, Nexus, Pantene, Its a 10, blowouts EVERYTHING under the sun and nothing was working. I was ready to shave my head and start over. Then I found this and read soooo many reviews and said shoot all I have to lose is more money. So for my fine, thin, color/highlighted damaged hair I got the 4/5 shampoo and conditioner, weightless nourishing mask,#3 Bond building hair and the #9 Bond Protector. My hair is now SOOOFFFTTT, not frizzy even when it is humid out (I live in the desert) so not many humid days until recently. This is all in just 3 days!!! Day one I used the Shampoo and Hair mask with already noticeable difference, Day 2 and 3 I used only the shampoo and conditioner. I started with the small bottles at $30 each and I am so far very pleased and plan on once I run out getting the larger bottles. I will tell you that you need a very very small amount of shampoo, it goes a LONG ways. The conditioner maybe a nickel size amount as it also goes a long ways. When I first used this and was done rinsing my hair, it did not feel soft and I was thinking okay I am going to not have fun brushing my wet hair and it was going to be a waste of money. Boy I was fooled. even though my hair did not feel soft and slick after conditioning, the wet brush I use as always just glided thru my hair with such ease. I was like oh okay and then once I dried it I was completely shocked at the difference the first wash alone had made. There were no tangles and the entire day my hair has been smooth, soft and manageable! I say take your chance and get this product, I hope you are as happy as I am with this. I plan on tossing every other hair product away now that this is the only thing that genuinely works for my hair in a way that I have never experienced with a hair product before.

Amazing for curly hair
I honestly wish this didn't work so well because it's so pricy, I end up using at least half the bottle to adequately saturate my long coarse curly hair. But it works SO WELL at reducing frizz and hair breakage and making my curls look shiny and healthy. I stopped using it for a few months to see if my hair was healthy enough that I could get by without it, apparently not! It's so hard to manage my curls without this product, back to using it at least once a week. It's very moisturizing for my dry hair, too. I use it as directed and it works great.

Did good for my hair , but burned my skin so bad
I have thin, medium length straight hair , with heat damage (not extreme but beginning to) virgin hair. I have oily scalp with dry ends. My hair was having a lot of slipt ends and just a lot of dryness towards the mid/end lengths of my hair & I needed something to decrease my hair damage and bring it back to life . When I recieved the $30 olapex I didn’t expect to be that small , but I was fine with it because I had high hopes for it . So the way I used this product wasn’t how the instructions say but the way people have using it to see better results, which is washing with shampoo your hair , apply the olapex , leaving it for 10mins , than rinse off, apply shampoo and than conditioner. When I used it the first time I didn’t expect it to be so liquidly , and it came out the bottle so fast & I have pretty long hair so this product isn’t going to last that long . But anyways I began to apply on to my hair , doesn’t feel heavy . The longer I left it the softer my hair felt , it was really nice & smooth . But I began to feel a sting/ burning feeling on my face ( keep in mind I was just ONLY washing my hair not my whole body that day to try the product) so I didn’t get really bad allergic reaction, my skin was red from my face and irritated but not that much and went away . But I was using a new shampoo so I assumed maybe it’s that and not the olapex , since it’s so expensive I just thought it work better . I only apply it to my mid/ends lengths of hair away from my face and not a lot either since it’s a small bottle . Anyways , my hair looked extremely a lot better , the frizz calmed down, my hair shined more, bouncy , and my ends aren’t as dry ( I also stop using heat completely has helped so much). My hair looks so nice . I decided to use it again couple days later . But this time hair and body , a full shower When I applied the olapex on my hair my face began to burn again but much more than the first since I was showering this time . Once I got out I had a rash on my back (my hair pretty long) , belly, chest & face . I used my favorite cream for it and it went away very quickly but my hair looks really nice . My honest opinion is this product works great for my hair but my skin so sensitive & this burned my skin sadly , so I wouldn’t recommend it for people who have sensitive skin , but it did do great for my hair .

This changed my whole life at 40 and I’m not exaggerating
all right, I purposely waited until I’ve been using this for a minute because sometimes the weather will be nice in my hair will look good and I will have nothing to do with the product. But it’s hot and humid outside so that has nothing to do with this. OK so I’m 40 years old and about 10 years ago I completely gave up on wearing my hair down because I live in Florida. I have very long brown kinda thick kinda curly.. almost to my butt. but not long with varying lengths of broken hair and the longest being a tiny bit in the back.. not calling out anyone.. mine is a blunt cut all around. it’s curly but not tight curls but not big open ones either. They are more like kinks than curls and they affect large amount of hair on each kink. Sorry if I’m not explaining as well.. I am not a hairdresser . I can get my hair to look straight and sleek via flat iron but the second the humidity hits… POOF… it starts just my scalp with these very intense, very stubborn kinks and as the day goes on, the whole thing gets kinkier, but I usually put it up by then because I can’t handle it frizzy. The opposite for the winter where it is like 50° or colder. Maybe even 60. As long as there’s not really much humidity. I remember as a kid in New Jersey I would straighten my hair in the winter and I would come home from school and it would still be straight. Every pic from then I have straight hair. Some people didn’t even know my hair was curly-ish. It would stay soft and silky and STRAIGHT. Now, just like magic, when I moved to Florida 25 years ago.. it hasn’t been straight outdoors since. I tried and I tried, but even if it started out cold that day going to school, I was somehow sweating on the drive home and you know my hair was in a ponytail by then with hairspray to tame down the frizz. Eventually, I literally just gave up and I truly love my ponytails like there’s a whole style to it and a slick back is such a vibe sometimes. The only downside is no one knows how long my hair truly is because it’s always somehow hidden (mainly because it will turn into a frizzy unruly ugly a$$ horse’s tail if I leave it). Also, even though my hair at this point in my life is virgin hair, it rarely feels soft to me. People will play with my ponytail sometimes if it’s down and say how soft it is, but I have no clue what they’re talking about. not even kidding. I’ve tried everything on top of everything. I’ve actually tried the olaplex 7… The yellow oil… But that honestly did nothing for the problem at all. I mean, perhaps it made it slightly less frizzy, but nothing noticeable to the point where it quickly got pushed back after trying it for like two bottles… Like six months of trying. This product has always been on my mind, but I try to tell myself that you can get a good product without spending a lot of money. However, I have not found that to be true with hair products so far. Nothing worked for me that I tried. I mean, sometimes the wow Dreamcoat will make my hair really really sleek but not consistently. And I also have this IGK thing in this price range but again nothing to write home about. I truly never found a product to control the frizz. Enter olaplex 3. I haven’t slept in hair mask yet, I’ve only wore it for about 20 minutes on towel dried hair with a shower cap in the shower while I’m shaving and what not. Then like the directions say I rinse it out and I shampoo and conditioner and sometimes I’ll put a tiny bit in, but not usually. Day one my hair was noticeably softer, but this could have been a placebo effect so I did not want to review it yet. I wanted to give it some time. I’m actually on my second bottle. I get about 10 uses per bottle. really depends how much you use. Less isn’t necessarily more, but you want to make sure all of your hair is sufficiently coated. I bring a bigger hand towel into the shower with me and I dry my hair with it prior to using this so that way my hair is as dry as possible and absorbs as much of this as possible. So I’ve been using it for about a month and a half and I have felt a big difference but obviously, my hair is still kinda frizzy so I still don’t wear it down especially not in June. however, when I wear my curly ponytail, which is basically just letting a ponytail air dry, my daughter asked me if I blew dry my hair dry that day because it was a lot less frizzy than usual. When I say she’s my biggest critic, I mean that in the most loving way. she obviously learned it from me because I don’t wanna walk outside with make up all jacked up and she knows that so she will tell me if something looks bad. Not to be a jerk but just because she knows I want to know. So for her to say that my hair looks softer tells me that it really does look softer. She’s also 15 so at the moment she’s way cooler than I could ever imagine being LOL so for me to get a unsolicited compliment is really a big deal🤣🤣 but in all seriousness that was a really big deal and I feel better because now I know it’s not in my head. It actually is softer. When someone else tells it to you, it makes it a lot more real than when you’re the only one seeing. I wanna make one thing clear that does make my hair particularly heavy like heavier than anything else I’ve ever used by far. If I’m being honest, I never truly understood what they meant when they said a product felt heavy until this. So I don’t get as many days between washes because I also oil my scalp. But it’s a small trade-off. oh and FYI I don’t know if I made this clear, but I am a white girl with European ancestry I’m just saying that because it truly makes a difference when you’re trying to explain your hair texture too people. K 18 to shame because I bought that on here and I’m pretty sure it was authentic and it did absolutely nothing for me. I wasn’t even going to bother buying this off some weird Chinese website because I knew I wouldn’t get an authentic product and technically here is not much safer but I feel like it actually is especially with things like this.. Do yourself a favor, though especially if you live with other women and don’t keep this in the bathroom because is an extremely small bottle and you don’t want to lose any of it, especially not to a child that doesn’t know the value of money!!

I bought the 60ml after the effectiveness of the 30ml, so I think that says it all
I have used a ton of repair and bonding treatments this year - I adore Olaplex No 3. I do plan to repurchase when this is finished with No 0 to see if that enhances the effects. I used this in between the trial size bottle of K18 and the full size bottle, and I would say they are comparable in terms of effectiveness. However Olaplex No 3 left my hair significantly softer and more manangeable. No product has yet been able to completely repair my hair damage, but I am working on that! It is expensive of course, but quality hair products usually are, and I think it is more than worth the price. I will most likely repurchase indefinitely, and add in other products in the line as I see fit.

Hair feels very nice after
I was so excited to get the 4 part product as i had had the whole process done at a salon and had great lasting results. But it’s expensive for one treatment. Thinking it would be a great value to be able to use the product at home turns out to be good and disappointing. I loved the way my hair felt right after using it. Unfortunately, there were 3 drawbacks: 1) I have hair that is both wavy and curly and have always had trouble keeping my hair from frizzing when I wear it natural. Taking the time to fully diffuse my hair didn’t help. (Once blown and or straightened it’s always been ok unless I over dried or used too high a heat setting) . As good as the product feels right after using, I still needed to use the same amount of other products to keep my hair from frizzing. 2) It’s a 4 step process and takes some time to use. If you have short hair, it stil takes time because you have to leave the different products on for a little while except for the shampoo. While you would expect it to take a bit longer for long hair due to the application process, the length of time it takes to apply the product is greatly lengthened because of the spray head on the spray bottle. It shoots out a stream rather than a spray that I wasn’t able to adjust. This made it very difficult to apply the product evenly for good coverage. The product would shoot through my hair. According to the instructions, you’re supposed to apply the product in small sections at a time to saturate the hair with making it dripping wet. By the time I would get through many sections the first section would be dry. I don’t know if that’s good or bad, but it felt my hair very coarse, dry and even a bit sticky. And I still needed to leave the later dampened product on the directed time. Similarly, the 2nd product need to be distributed evenly, but it was harder to distribute no2 on the drier portions, it stayed on my hair. Contrary to that, the still damp sections while applied easily some product was wasted as it stayed on the comb or or dropped off the hair. Even if a few applications distributing No2 evenly was cumbersome and still wasted some product. The other problem caused by the stream rather than a having a misty spray is that even if I held all or most of a section in my hand to avoid the stream going through the strands, the product would then fall out of my hand and drip down my arm because the force of the spray was faster than I could put down the bottle and distribute the product. This resulted in wasted product. Also the no1, 2 and 4 ratio to conditioner seems fairy large. That’s always been somewhat of a problem between my hair being on the dry side and longer, especially when I had a lot of hair. However, while my hair is still long, I have a lot less of it. My overall opinion, is that at least for me, it ‘s better to have the my hair stylist to use this product. It works much better, is a greater value and I’m getting pampered rather than frustrated. In the long run it saves me money and time and works much better.
