Smiffy's Women's Nun's Kit with Headpiece and Collar

Honestly, even a little better than I expected! My expectations were low considering the price and the average quality of costumes like this. The material is the usual nylony feeling and thin. The edges of the vail aren’t sewn-just cut. Although, the neck piece was hemmed. I was concerned that the vail would be too short but it wasn’t. It went about half way down my back and wrapped plenty around my shoulders to the front. The neck piece was a little smaller than I hoped. It didn’t go very far back over my shoulders-you can see from the pic. I taped it down with double stick tape and it worked ok. I also ironed it and trimmed up the jagged edges and loose strings. That helped. Overall I definitely think I got what I paid for.

I just needed the head dress for a nun costume to wear with my puppy who was the pope. The head piece was really nice and fit perfectly - as others said the collar left a little to be desired, it was hard to get it to lay flat. You can see in the picture that it is a little lopsided from me moving. It worked for a 1 time pet costume parade, and honestly it would work many times after that!

I needed a last minute costume and this was perfect.! I wore with black dress and boots. Bought a large cross also. It did start to slip forward end of the night, but overall looked great.

Loved the role play with this - but cheap fabric

Purchased for a school play. Was economical but did the job nicely.

Junk. The collar wasn't even in the package. The package was obviously opened already. The headpiece was crumpled inside and not as shown. It was wrinkled and had a too tight chin strap. So unless I had a child's head it was worthless to me. Regret purchasing. I needed this for a last minute Sound of Music sing a long, so since it was such garbage, I had no costume.

There is an obvious stitching flaw in the bib. The head piece fits fine, a little small on my big head. Otherwise it works for the price.

Everything fit well! Even the bib was just the right size. The headpiece could've been slightly smaller, but a ponytail holder kept it in place just fine.

Used for World Book Day and was a HIT ... just wear it with a plain black loose dress and it's a hit. I made a gold coloured cross and attached this to my lanyard. Well worth it.

Würde ich wieder kaufen, erfüllt seinen Zweck. Kopfbedeckung sitzt sehr gut. Hinten ist noch ein kleines Gummi eingenäht damit es elastisch bleibt. Latz für den Hals nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein.

Lo compré para asistir a un concierto de Ghost, y la verdad es que cumplió totalmente con mis expectativas. Me ayudó a lograr un look muy auténtico y acorde con la estética de la banda, además de ser fácil de poner y llevar durante varias horas. Recibí varios comentarios y cumplidos por el disfraz, así que lo recomiendo sin dudar para quien quiera un accesorio sencillo pero efectivo para eventos, Cosplays o conciertos.

Product arrived as shown. Headpiece is worn as a wrap-around headband & was a bit too large for myself but bobby pins were a quick, secure fix.
