Gift for grandson
My four year old grandson just loves Spider-Man and Nerf guns! This was a perfect gift for him! He loved the two Spider-Man bullets but I sure wish we could order more of those!

Cool
Awesome gift for my favorite little spiderman. This thing has some serious shooting power. I would strongly suggest protective eye gear.

Averages 54 FPS; another Spider-Man Nerf blaster but w/an easy loading feature.
My ProChrono Digital chronograph measured the speed of the darts fired by this stock Nerf Micro-Shots Marvel Micro Spider-man blaster at an average of 54 feet per second (FPS) using the 2 special edition blue tip and red foam Marvel Nerf Elite darts that it comes with (it is capable of shooting any standard Nerf Elite darts; blue, green, white, orange, Starwars themed, Accustrike, and decorated Rebelle darts). The standard average velocity of a Nerf Elite blaster is 70 FPS, so the Micro Spider-man blaster is underpowered, but this is commonplace and expected for Jolt re-skins. Being micro, the handle is tiny. While holding the pistol grip I can still fit my fingers on it, but my pinky is barely hanging onto the flanges at the base of the grip. Operation of this blaster is very simple and Jolt-esque: just insert a dart into the barrel, pull the T-bar until you hear a click, then aim and pull the trigger. The draw weight of the priming handle may be challenging for younger children to prime on their own, but the suggested age range is for kids 8+. The paint job covers both sides, but the Micro Shots logo on the non-display side of the handle lacks paint. Nerf has become notorious for painting only the display side of their blasters over the last few years, and despite the paint being on both sides of the blaster, it still looks incomplete: The fine details and trim color choice looks nice on the display side, but the warning labels on the non-display side make it look terrible on the upper half of the blaster. There is a tiny Avengers “A” logo located in an odd area for a Nerf blaster: It is literally painted onto the side of the front barrel, but I suppose this is because there is nowhere else on the product for them to put it. The front barrel has a funnel dart-loading feature, which is very nice. Most of the older front-loading blasters have direct-fit barrels that most people need to look at in order to reload a dart. With the funnel, it is far easier to fit a dart in without having to look at what you are doing. This allows the user to pay more attention to things happening on the battlefield, but it is not a feature that will make this blaster a contender in a Nerf War. Regardless, it is a significant improvement over a standard non-funnel-featured Jolt. In conclusion, the Nerf Marvel Micro-Shots Micro Spider-man blaster will likely be forgotten as there are many other Spider-man Nerf blaster reiterations, and there will undoubtedly be many more to come in the future. I can say with near absolute certainty that none of them will be the best choice of side arms in a Nerf war. Having said that, I recognize that this blaster has a handy easy-loading feature, it has an instant familiarity boost off of it’s Avengers-related stardom, and a fan base who have much love for the world renown Wall-crawler; Excelsior! Nuff-said.

It’s way smaller than I’ve expected, had to come up with an excuse to my son 😂 Watch out, it’s really tiny! Couldn’t be bothered with return hassles so just kept it.
