Keto Detox

I recently started the keto diet and noticed that all of the fat burned from my body was making me feel sluggish and toxic (as fat deposits are normally toxic), so when those fat deposits helped burn off this product help detox the negative side effects. I noticed I had higher energy levels, my gut was clean and pure from other foods/waste, my digestion was back on track and digesting food within hours of eating it. It was a win-win situation for me. Not really any negatives others than only having a 15 day supply, but that goes with any type of cleanse product you use for your body. I loved it and highly recommend it!

I was having issues with releasing and this product helped. First week I did not see much \"movement\" but as I began to drink more water and as the product had time to work its way through my system it was nothing but smooth sailing after that. I am regular, I my stomach is not as bloated. I had no idea that when I ate certain foods that I had always eaten, that they may not be easily digested. This product helped me to figure that out... HONESTLY! I started comparing then and now with the only change being the pills. I am convinced that this has helped me with a minor issue. OH!! While my stomach is not bloated and gassy.. (?) it is flatter and fit. I will not use this product for all times because I feel that my body may not ever know what to do on its own, but when I feel that I need that extra help that drinking lots of water will not produce I will go back to this product. IF you have this issue then you KNOW what I mean. The only thing that I can say is to try a bottle, it is not that expensive, and if you do not like it, no harm done. BUT complete the bottle. I take 2 daily, morning and night, and I am happy with it.

This product is a waste of money. I put a capsule in a glass of warm water and kept checking on it every 2 hours and remained the the same. Capsule didn’t even open. Just speaking from experience. A lot of people are buying this for weight loss/ cleanse. I’ve been doing a lot of research and my every morning weight loss trick is, 1/2 lemon 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar a splash of cayenne powder. Mix in a water bottle for easy shaking. Use warm water for better digestion. Went from 218 to 213 the first 7 days. But also followed by a healthy diet. You can also add a little honey to the drink for better flavor. Tastes a little bad at first but you’ll get use to it in 3 days. But it works fabulous 💪

I waited some time before trying product. I needed to be in right mindset to make some healthy lifestyle changes. I am finding that along with my ketogenic lifestyle this product is helping with regularity and feeling fuller. Reminder though to all, you should be taking this with a full glass of water due to the psyllium content. Great product. Follow up, after being on this for more than 1 month, it is definitely helping me with regularity while on keto, but no diarrhea either. Continues to help me stay full

I like the Keto detox supplement that I first tried with the Keto gummy’s from the original source. However, the Keto detox I purchased from Amazon are okay they are a tad more potent. The detox helps with daily bowel movements which are extremely beneficial on a low carb diet. Occasionally they cause pain before the bowel movement, the others never did. I will continue to purchase them from Amazon because of quantity and price.

It definitely gives you that get up and go without heart jetters. It also helps with memory... I LOVE IT and would by it again, but it can be a weight on my finances. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Easy to digest, quality is great & performance is also great!

I've used this brand's other products most notably their collagen pills and I couldn't be happier with the results. Decided to try this detox to supplement recent dietary changes and so far I feel less bloated, less hungry (I have a sweet tooth and unhealthy food cravings, I believe these pills are assisting me with maintaining that under control), and even my skin and hair feels less greasy. I'm eating more fruits and veggies, drinking tons of water, and practicing mindful meditation daily. I think this wholesome combination, a positive outlook and a genuine desire to live a healthier life is key-- no single product will do the trick on its own, you have to put effort on all fronts for the very best results. Having said that, feel free to try this product, it is easy to swallow and doesn't leave any bitterness or cause any secondary effects like some other brands do, it works well for me and hopefully it will work well for you too.
