120v or 240v? descriptions says both but product specs say 120v. amperage and wattage fro 240v applications?

Its either or! Just make sure you get 120v if you are doing a 120v system and 240v if you are doing a 240v system. This applies to everything from the wire to thermostat.

does this come with the double sided tape for holding down the strips or can they be nailed down?

No nails. No double sided tape. the mortar will hold it down. If you use the orange underlayment the cable will be held in place and makes installation a breeze.

can the temo zone cable sistem be instal in a shower pan?

I am assuming you mean under tile in a shower pan. Yes you can. You can call WarmlyYours and talk with them about what you want to do. They will even configure the layout for the wiring and themostat for you. You will have to email a diagram of the bathroom and where you want the in-floor heat to be placed. I highly suggest that you do this. I originally purchased the amount of wiring cable I thought I needed and after talking with them, I found out I had too much cable and it cannot be cut because of resistance load requirements.

Can this be installed behind the wall tiles of a shower?

Good morning, No; this product is only UL certified for flooring install not wall.

Cozy sunporch

Had to install in a 3/2/3 pattern but the heat is amazing and doesn't seem to short cycle the heating cable. Install went smooth with the ditra-heat-tb product and keeps our on grade concrete slab nice and toasty through warm nights.
