The laptop is quite sturdy and really great performance machine, once we received it we had to take it to the Asus repair center to get it RMA, the product was under warrenty and that helped to get the faulty battery replacement to be done without any additional costs. Just that it took a week. Nevertheless once that was done, we upgraded it with an SSD and to this day. Working flawlessly.

Was quite sceptical before buying this laptop especially considering that all the previous reviews were quite bad . But this product didn't disappoint . The AC charger looked like it had been used before but the laptop was new . Had no problem with windows installation . I thought the graphics card was faulty but games worked fine after connecting the charger . I think the seller decided to improve after the negative reviews . I have been using a Lenovo laptop whose fan sound is barelly audible even at the max CPU/GPU usage and compared to that its sound on the turbo mode is much more but not disturbing . I'll update you guys about any problems I face soon . Though I'd recommend saving 5-6 k more and buying a new one . You may be lucky enough to get a good one or unlucky to get a defective piece , Why take a chance ?Edit : After a month of usage I can say that this laptop is as good as new there is no issue which I faced ( except the graphic card switching off automatically braced by every user wether the original laptop user or a renewed one too ...but it's an easy fix ) . Ther was no physical damage or even a minor scratch .

SO, THIS IS WHAT CERTIFIED REFURBISHED LOOKS LIKE! I was soo excited to checkout my laptop, its my first ever gaming notebook..and once i switch it ON! The dreaded Blue screen appears....uhhhh! It wil take forever to replace the device now...have to get OS installed again... this is not good Amazon...Update:Other than the bad first impression, once i formatted and installed the OS and the drivers, its going great now.. but not everyone who buys wil be knowledgeable to do that right? They will have to spend more money for this job again. So, check these things before certifying it....Apart from this,its a good machine,worth the price for the specs in it.!

Review After 3 Months.Product was good as new.I added an SSD.It was working great.But after 2 months, the battery got dead fully (maybe for over charging). I was unable to contact the seller (CARBON ENTERTAINMENT PVT. LTD.) I took it to the service center. Though It was a renewed product, luckily It had official brand warrany till september 20. So they changed the battery free of cost.Now it's working again.

Everything worked and that was a big relief . The software/os was not curroupt . And the hardware is working fine. There was a slight physical damage ( very minor ) on one of the corners and few scratches on the outer surface.

The media could not be loaded.  This laptop have some serious issues like, display gos dark and the laptop doesn't turn off or on... battery backup isn't at par....
