Does Not Come Already Stringed
Besides having to take the time and string myself it was nice and sturdy. They do provide the string and I was able to either use as one whole banner or cut like I did for my space and string Happy by itself and then Birthday below.

These are decently sized and comes with more than enough ribbon for what you need or want to do. The only downsode is you have to thread the ribbon through each card
