Anti-Drip Stainless Misting Nozzle 5pk .008 /.2MM

Exactly what I was looking for and much better than the standard nozzles that come with the systems. I wanted to customize the amount of mist I had in different areas of my system, so I go the .012, .008 and .006 nozzles. Everything is exactly the way I want now. No more furniture getting soaked because it sat under lower positioned nozzles. I was able to swap those nozzles with lower flow heads. I also like how when you turn the system off, these nozzles do not leak. No more slow drops when the system isn't on. I haven't had them long enough to test how easy they are to be cleaning, but I'll find out this winter. Also, I had an issue with one of the nozzles and AZ Cool Mist addressed it / solved it very promptly. Thank you

If you want extremely fine, low volume mist nozzle to work with a low pressure system (such as the Arctic Cove cordless misting fan), just unscrew the nozzle housing, pull out the internal spring and remove the attached rubber stopper thingy. Then, reassemble the whole thing, with only the spring, metal pin and o-ring, and you're good to go. (Just to be clear, the rubber stopper acts like a valve to prevent dripping and reverse flow but will not open at low pressures--so just remove it.) I'm using these nozzles on my Arctic Cove misting fan to detail cars because standard nozzles make a watery mess at close range. And even though the .004" nozzles work well so far, I'm not sure about the long term usability/maintenance or how it will affect the misting pump in the long run.

After a couple of uses ( less than 3 hours) 2 nozzles started dripping after misting was shutoff. We'll see how the rest do.

I took a chance to purchase the listed item because the previous ones I have are size .012 and they soak up my patio. So I was hoping my 160psi pump would work on the .008 misters. There is not enough pressure to operate that size. It was a gamble I made. Will most likely purchase a stronger pump.

Very happy with these nozzles. I run my system at 800 psi. The ability to dissassemble and clean in an ultrasonic pot is great.

Doesn't bugger up like the drip kind. Well worth the extra cost

Have used these along side tefen misters running 100psi. These are phenomanal so far. No clogs, even coverage, and far throw.
