The tea is great the choice and shipping packaging was not
Who wouldn't like this tea? It's the chai tea that Starbucks uses and it's delicious in their hot tea and also their chai tea latte. The tea is perfect.However the sender's choice to put this product in a flimsy envelope was a very bad choice because as you can see by the picture that I posted you can look into the envelope and see what I saw, a crushed box and all of the tea spewed inside of the envelope and now I don't have a box to house the tea. I have gotten things that would never get broken no matter what and they put them in cardboard boxes. Why this wasn't a choice of the sender I will never know but I won't order from them again. They should make this right. I can't return the tea because I need to use it so I'll have to find some kind of jug or jar or something to put it in I'll probably have to buy one. I recommend the tea just find it from another source.

Like a previous comment stated, LET. IT. STEEP. 10- 15 minutes atleast.
I truely love this tea, incredibly flavorful. I add 2 table spoons of honey per cup of water used after 10-15 minutes of steeping. Perfection.1 issue: the product has only arrived undamaged twice in the nearly a year since I began this morning ritual. Box is always damaged. Sometimes packets are missing. This last delivery there was some unindentifiable substance on the box and and within the packaging, with a blank packing label slapped over the mess. Unsure if it's a biohazard. Gross.

Was expecting the sachets provided by Starbucks and not the tea bags. Came in a box and the tea tasted like cardboard. Disappointed because the item is not returnable. If you are hoping for a flavorful Chai Black Tea then do not buy this product. Product arrived in a box that was coming apart and was taped back together by a regular piece of scotch tape. There was no seal of freshness or tamper evidence seals.

Not the same as "SB" Chai Tea Bags
I was looking for a "SB" similar Teavana chai tea bag. Hoping... I ordered these and what I got was a regular tea bag, with ground spices. These bags create a very weak tea, even steeping it for the recommended amount of time. I end up using 2 bags to get a good Chai flavor. The flavor is ok but certainly not the "SB" quality that Teavana sells to the chain store.
