I have a lot of windows to dress. This tape worked out well. The delivery was a little offputting - about a month - but it actually arrived within three weeks.

This is classic curtain tape. I have used it to make several pairs of curtains and it works a treat. I can control the gathers and when I want to wash the curtains I can smooth the tops flat and regather them after washing and ironing them.

Worked well for the 100% cotton fabric curtains I made. Gathered evenly (of course you need to pull the cording evenly). Extremely pleased!

It worked well for a short very lightweight curtain for my daughter's playhouse. But as I was sewing it onto the curtain I can see why some other reviewers were not happy. The hook pockets are made of strings that go through the ribbon and if the curtain is heavy it will be pulling those hoock pockets out. So I wouldn't recommend using it for long and heavy curtains. Also, the ribbon is very soft, making it a bit difficult to make a pleat.One week update: strings are getting pulled even by the light-weight curtain.

It is the same as the UK tape I use- I use the small plastic hooks, but if the fabric is HEAVY the long metal pins are ideal.

It looks great and like it will be easy to use. However I have not started my project yet. I have used other pleater tape and this looks like it will be much easier to use.
