Very quick delivery, perfect fit and works well

Very expensive for a very flimsy part which will break easily again
Service was good received next day. Can't believe how flimsy the tank is for £25 + . Without it the steam mop , which I love , is useless. I doubt I'd buy another as the tank cracks so easily and is so expensive to replace . Shame really as the steam mop is brilliant apart from this

Not a good quality
This product did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and was also expensive. I used it for the first time just days after receiving it, intending to clean my house and steam my sofa. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the tank. The cap that secures the tank broke, causing a significant hole after only 20 minutes of use. This resulted in water leaking everywhere, making it ineffective for cleaning. Overall, I found it to be not worth the investment.
