Love this yeast! Perfect rise for bread, pizza & buns
I bought this yeast to make bao buns, and it worked brilliantly! The dough rose beautifully, they were light and fluffy! It’s really consistent too, so I’ve started using it for all my baking now, from pizza dough to bread, I’ve not had a bad baking session so far! I like that the tin keeps it fresh for ages, and you only need a small amount each time, so it lasts a long time. It mixes easily and activated fast, it has been really reliable. It’s good quality and definitely worth the purchase if you love baking or making homemade doughs. I’ll be buying this brand again!
