Stabilized my chlorine within 24 hours.
The installation was pretty easy. Product is performing better than I thought running at 50% and keeping my 20,000 gallon inground pool, stable and crystal clear. Only minor problem was the electrical install. I used my 240 volt system for electric. No instruction (1 ding on tech support in the manual) for a direct wire 240 volt hook-up using the supplied cord, except for the electrical diagram showing to use the white wire in the 120 volt supplied cord, as the secondary red or hot lead. So, black (hot) to black, green (ground) to green, and white (normally neutral on 120 volt) to red (240 volt second hot). Yikes!!! I held my breath when I turned it on, but it worked! And yes, I flagged the white with some red tape. It did mention in the manual that it the system would recognize the voltage difference, but it would have been nice to have detailed instructions for 240 volt hook-up in the manual, rather than just a tiny blurb in the schematic.

Great product and company!
I love this system, and the company. I have had multiple salt systems that were terrible, to the point I was considering removing it altogether. I decided to try the CircuPool CORE35 system and I was not disappointed. It's easy to install, maintain, and the control panel is very easy to use. Quite awhile after purchase, the salt cell broke. I sent the broken parts back to CircuPool and they warrantied the repairs no problem and sent my refurbished unit back out later that week. They were quick, efficient, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this company and product.

Works great but not as reliable as we'd hoped for.
This worked perfect for about the first 10 months. I adjusted my PH, then started the unit on 3 and eventually adjusted dow to 2 and the water is so clear. Then one day as I switched the controls to run the spa, the input side compression clamp broke and sprayed water everywhere. It got all over my pumps, all over the Circupool unit its self, and the break panel. Luckily I was there and shut it off quickly. They sent me a new clamp, and now that it is installed I keep getting flow errors. I attached a picture showing the flow "lever" is there and working when the pump is turned on. If I unplug and reset it, it works for a bit then stops. I think the unit it's self, or the cell, or both just needs replaced due to the high pressure water drenching it from the bottom side. I really want it to work as it's been great and hassle free before the clamp breaking. We travel a lot for work and can't be there to change it everyday. Hopefully they can replace it so I can change my rating!

Short Cell Life - New Replacement Cell Provided by CircuPool
I purchased the CORE35 Salt Chlorinator on 03.17.21. I have performed routine maintenance to the cell as directed in the owner's manual. Just this week, the indicator has come on to indicate "Cell Life Low". This product advertises that it comes with an 8 year warranty. I do like the ease of installation and overall use of this salt chlorinator but if I have to buy another one every 2 years, what's the point? Let's see if I hear back from the manufacturer and how they handle this issue. I will update my review accordingly. 1 star. Update (09.28.23) - I ordered a new cell to replace the defective one at a cost of ~ $800. In the order, I explained that I was having issues, left an Amazon review and had not heard back from them. Shortly thereafter I was contact by phone (missed call) and email from the manager at CircuPool. He reported that he canceled the order I made and would ship a like new cell for replacement while they evaluate the issue with my current cell. They are providing pre-paid UPS label for shipment. I look forward to hearing what they have to say about the issue with my current cell. Upgrading rating from 1 star to 3 for now. I understand sometimes there are issues but I am impressed with the way CircuPool has decided to handle my situation to this point. Raised my rating to 3 stars. To be continued. Update (10.13.23) - I received the "like new" cell promptly and returned my original to them for evaluation. The "like new" cell has been performing like a champ. I never received any official word as to the problem with the original that I sent back to them however I did receive an email that stated I would be receiving a new cell once I paid S&H which was ~ $21.00. I received the new cell today. In conclusion, I was disappointed at the short life of the original but I also understand things happen with outdoor electronic devices. I am very impressed with the way CircuPool (particularly the manager) handled this after I brought the issue to their attention. They saved me an additional $800 while some companies out there would have been happy to let me buy a new cell. I appreciate the customer service and for this, I am increasing my rating to 5 stars.

super easy installation - this is how it should be
We decided to convert out pool to a saltwater pool. Since I am a new pool owner I was looking for a Salt generator that would do the Job, is easy to install and still provides warranty, even if I do not pay an arm and a leg to install it to my pool guy. One common thing across all systems was the small question: How to make sure that the cell is not producing chlorine when my pool pump is not running. The clear answer to this was always: You have to add a controller that will automate the chlorine cell with the pool pump. How much is the controller? Well, there are a ton of, but you can add feature xyz and it controls pool lights, solar heater, pool pump and all these nice things that I do not want to control and it will cost you 1,5k plus another 700 for install. And wat they do not tell you is that these controllers consume power, which may be significant, because they run 24/7. Now then I stumbled over this great cell. What makes it so different? 1. They provide you with warranty, even when you install it your self. 2. Installation - dead simple. a). When you install it, you do not need to measure anything. It comes with a template where you just use a marker to mark where to cut and in which area to glue. Simple, no measuring, and no mistakes here. b) After you cut it, prime and glue it. Wait till glue is dry and then hand tight the joints. c) Now the most complicated step: take the power cord and plug it into an outlet. Thats it. d) But hey: What about the communication between pump and cell? I do not want chlorine generation when there is no flow. Well, there is a build in flow switch that stops chlorine generation. What took the longest during the installation? Waiting for the glue to dry. The whole process from cutting to finish takes 10-15 minutes without glue dry time. I have a 25k Gallon pool and my chlorine level was 0 before I started. After half a day at full power my chlorine level was at 4. Now I can start using my pool and I still have both arms and legs. Seriously, I can fully recommend this product. Are there any things do not like? Well, the 8 years warranty is a prorated warranty. They warranty 2 years full and then they give you a prorated discount on the replacement parts.

Best warranty on SWG !
After 10 years of liquid chlorine and TroubleFree pool advice, finally decided to switch to SWG. Liquid chlorine prices have doubles and getting inconvenient to buy locally and drag to my home/pool. Circupool has the best reputation and warranty on the market! I have a 20,000G pool and the CORE-35 was sized just right; however it needed to run a full 12 hours a day at 100% (0.7lb/day) to keep up with FC demands in hot Texas sun. Returned and upgraded to CORE-55 which works SO much better. Now needs to fun only 10 hours a day at 75% (0.72lb/day), saving pool pump time and electricity. This leaves plenty of reserve when i need more CL. Would highly recommend a larger SWG always now. Also the salt cell is rated for longer hours, and longer life. Installation was easy. Measure twice, cut once. Required only a 15" length of PVC. Most other SWG require separate flow switch and requires 20-21" of length (would not fit my current system). Wish the electrical cord was longer, but it was super easy to replace with a longer cord from home depot.

Works wonders on the pool until the cell goes out
Easy to install easy to do the maintenance ,it keeps the pool looking great but the cell life on mine was about a year ,after cleaning as the manual stated the cell life light came on and after looking for a replacement and seeing the price for a new one I unplugged it and went back to liquid chlorine and havent been able to use tbe pool much since the cell failed on me ,others have had nothing but good things to say about the product and I personally think it was just my luck .
