Love this stuff!!! We've had our kitchen flooring for 10 years and it had never really mattered what I used to mop with. Recently, it had gotten where everything I used left a sticky film. I googled what to use and found great reviews for ZEP and decided to give it a try & I'm so glad I did. No streaking & no sticky residue. Nothing but a clean floor. There aren't instructions on dilution for the spray bottle so I searched online and found to use 1 tablespoon per 25 ounces of water. I thought it wasn't enough but it made a perfect solution! This container will last for a very long time!! It also has a nice, clean smell and doesn't smell of chemicals. Highly recommend ZEP!

This is my favorite floor cleaner. The scent is subtle and disappears quickly. It’s easy to mop with because you just need a couple of swipes either the mop and the dirt is gone. The best thing is There’s no soapy suds or bubbles in the water and the floor that must be mopped up - you just swipe -1,2,3 then suddenly youre done!! You’ll need to try it out to see what I’m describing, it has a unique formula.

I use this floor cleaner with my robot vacuum and have been very happy with it. I dilute it roughly 1 to 200 or sometimes 1 to 300, and it works perfectly at those ratios. It does not leave behind any residue and has no strong or lingering smell. It doesn’t foam much which is important for my robovac. After cleaning, my floors feel clean without being sticky or slippery, which is exactly what I want when using a robovac regularly. Overall, it performs exactly as expected, is gentle enough for frequent use, and offers excellent value given how little you need per fill.

Bought it as it was recommended via a cleaning service. Recently replaced my kitchen flooring and this worked well, dries quickly. Floor didn’t look too dirty but was surprised what this picked up on the microfiber mop pad!

Great for tiles and wood floors. Gets it really clean and will not dull finish. No need to mop floor second time. Cheaper than retail stores and delivered. Add a couple of drops of essential oil and your house smell great for days. Recommended.

This Zep Neutral pH Floor Cleaner is one of the best I’ve used. It adds a nice shine, dries quickly, and leaves no streaks behind. The durability is great my floors stay cleaner longer and it’s super easy to mix and apply. The smell is clean and pleasant, not overpowering like some industrial cleaners. A little goes a long way, and it’s safe for regular use. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I live in our cute little apartment together and unfortunately track in a lot of debris. I clean my floors at least once a week with a standard mop and was SHOOK at how much cleaner my floors were than they were before. I mopped up spots that I assumed would have to be scraped up with a razor blade. I can't believe it took me this long to find the perfect floor cleaner!

Works great. Clean none sticky floors. I am a cleaner and would buy again. I do wish it had a nice smell. This had zero smell.

Good product. We use ot for our clinic floors, which is luxury vinyl. Takes off the grit and doesnt leave much residue.

Amazing! I have laminate floors. I just did renovations and tried several things to wash off the dust from drywall. Nothing worked until this. Feels gentle but works. No residue feeling at all. Highly recommend!
