This thing works great in getting the smoke out of my daughter’s “new to her” car we just bought. No more smoke smell. However, the odor of the aerosol is somewhat overwhelming. What I did was left the car running with the windows down, ac on high for much longer than they recommend. I also began using a febreeze car scent next to the air vent and now it smells great. Definitely worked to cover any odor but the smell is way too strong. Smells like old man shaving cream. Just used it a few hours ago so hopefully it airs out and fades quickly.

Not the most creative scent in the world but it beats smelling nothing. Works nicely, nauseatingly strong the first few days. Goes away after about a month and a half but for the price I'm not complaining, beats an air freshener any day. Used a couple every now and then and have had no issues.

I purchased a car recently for a good deal because it had been a smoker's car, and omg did it ever smell like an ashtray. I tried getting it professionally detailed, no help. Switched all the filters, nothing. Did another detailing, still smoky, but slightly less. Air fresheners all over the place, nothing seemed to help. This thing immediately eliminated the smoke smell, though. I don't know why I didn't start with this!
