The 380t has gone through 2 OME batteries 3 years. I only use the robot to top up wet floor mopping between cleaning lady visits. Our condo has about 900-1000sf of smooth tile. This new battery lasts at least two cleaning cycles which covers 80+% of the floor on a single charge. It’s still new so the life expectancy will determine if it is truly worth the 5 stars. For the price, it’s worth buying since it costs a fraction of the OME battery. No issues with compatibility or installation.

Got the wrong battery pack (I ordered the wrong one). But I was able to make it work in my Mint 4200.

Bought this because it had all the ratings in what I needed. Had to cut the connector off and solder it onto what my shop light had and worked perfectly. Charges quickly and holds a good charge.

Worked great but battery lasted 5 months

DO NOT BUY. First battery I bought lasted a couple charges and would no longer work. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement right away. Got it yesterday and plugged it in and put it on the charger and the battery won’t charge.

So far the battery has worked well. We have had it for about a month.

My Brava floor sweeping/washing robot. It was easy to install, works fine. Only used it a couple of times so I don't know long term use.

I purchase this product seemed like was working. Now will not hold a charge. Keeps saying it’s chgd but go to use and it’s dead! Very disappointed
