When I first tried this splint, I could actually FEEL the pull. All the past gel slip-ons and spreaders I've bought over time were fine for comfort, but I never felt any stretch/pull with them. This splint does pull, and I have no doubt that with consistent use, over time, it could move the displaced bone back somewhat. Being a realistic person, I don't expect 100% correction--that would be a surgical procedure. But I am certain there would be some positive result from this item. Directions say to start with 2 hours of wear. I didn't make it to 2 hours - less than 1 hour actually. But that was because I did walk a bit, and I think that made it hurt. Next time, I will put it in place when I am absolutely ready for bed, no walking movements, and try for one hour to start. This is definitely not a walking-ok device, so be prepared to be situated. Also, it can be adjusted for a less severe pull. Yes - Some hope here - so four stars good, since I am just starting with it.

This is the crux of the matter...I have a very well established, inoperable bunion, the reason I purchased these. The memory foam makes they comfy and the strap across the back is a must, otherwise you walk out of them. But to actually correct a bunion, that is debatable. A lot has happened in your foot to get it to this point that relates to changes in the anatomy. But I do get relief from the pain while I'm wearing them but can't wear them 24/7. I usually put them on in the evenings, once home, and then wear them to bed. My other foot had a bad bunion that I had removed decades ago, so on that foot I'm wearing the device to see if I can prevent that foot from developing another bunion. I'm really experimenting on myself. But I think to see any results you have to be religious about wearing them at every opportunity.

Directions were adequate, but I had trouble adjusting the strap around the heel. I have size 12 feet and the strap could be a little longer and placement of the strap would be much easier for me if the connection was on the inside instead of the outside, so I make the connection first and then slip it over my feet and it works well that way. Nice product is very nicely made. Thank you very much.

Easy to use. I am using this belt for a week. Looks like when I used at night It feel uncomfortable . After removing it soothing out. Need to use for a long. Memmory foam bud is actually a good when used for day use. It feel very comfortable. Good piece to use.

I got this to recover from a ligament sprain on my large toe. The toe was over extended backwards resulting in a "turf toe" injury. The instructions for this product seem intended for bunions with the metal splint located on the side of the toe. This worked ok for my sprain but I found that for my condition, I could locate the splint on the bottom of the toe and that provided better resistance to toe flexing. That's how I've used it and I'm very satisfied with the results.

I purchased the exact same product from another company over the summer. That product was flimsy, did not work, and the velcro did not stick after only two months of use!!!The same product (from this company) is the exact opposite in build. Super durable (you can really feel the difference on your foot between the two different products). Velcro is like Crazy Glue! This current product working great thus far!

It also helped with my over pronation although it is used for the bunions it does add relief but for a short period of time

Pretty simple to put on. Its only been a few day, so it's too early to see maximum results but I believe it will have a decent, nonsurgical answer for me.
