Victorinox Swiss Classic, Santoku Knife, Extra Sharp Blade, Fluted Edge, 17 cm, Robust Plastic Handle, Stainless Steel, Pink

Currently replacing most of my kitchen knives and have opted for Victorinox and I am not disappointed. This is a very sturdy yet light knife and it is extremely sharp right out of the box.

Love this, its pink so that makes life better already! my work kitchen has been brightened aha, its truly a great wee knife its lightweight and doesnt hurt my poor old wrists its 4yrs since i got it and its still in perfect condition, used in a restaurant kitchen so its been through the mill (and the dishwasher) so if you need a great knife not going to break the bank yeah this ones brilliant!

Very useful size and very sharp. Looked a bit flimsy when I opened the pack but it's actually a nice weight to use. I have arthritis in my hands and kept banging my finger joints on the chopping board when using my old style chefs knife. My son, who is a chef, suggested this knife and its great. No more banging painful knuckles! Would recommend.

I’ve always wanted a santoku knife with air pockets! To find a victorinox one in pink, I couldn’t say no to that!
