Copper Fit PLUS: Knee Compression Sleeve with Zipper In EXTENDED SIZES

Impressed with the product. Works as advertised. Purchased this item for someone who is recovering from ACL, meniscus replacement and a bone graft along with a titanium rod. The person is slightly larger so tried to purchase a size that would be more than adequate without causing discomfort. Did not realize XXXL was purchased. Amazon agent was awesome and helped with the refund. Will be purchasing a XXL.Initial thoughts: great material, feels good on, smooth stitching causes no impression on the leg, breathable, convenient zipper and Velcro, would have been nice to have a longer Velcro strap to give added support - price is $5 more than when purchased two weeks ago. Not too happy with that. :=(Will post an update once the replacement arrives.

I was a little skeptical about this before putting it on. It appeared to be small out of the box but fit beautifully when pulled up. The velcro strap at the top of the sleeve helps prevent it from slipping or rolling down, The zipper helps it to 'hug' your leg. I have tried many braces and bands because of arthritis. This is the first one that feels comfortable and has not chafed the inside of my knee. Also, the pain in my knee is virtually gone!! I have aleady ordered a second one for my other knee and will probably buy extras to have for future use.

The sleeve fits and is comfortable. The zipper definitely helps when putting it on. The only challenge, once you start walking, the sleeve above the knee slips down. I tried tightening the velcro at the too to mitigate the slide. Didn't help. Saw this on a previous review, unfortunately it was true.

Returned it. Did not work well for me. My upper thigh is very large and my calf is slender, so I could not figure out how to make it stay in place. For a normally configured knee I can see where it would work well

Slippery as heck. I didn't believe the reviews, I thought I'd be the "one" who it didn't apply too. But an option I've discovered is night time compression after a long day on your feet. I use this for a L knee sprain with bursitis.

I was hoping this sleeve would provide much needed knee pain relief. The sleeve fit properly thanks to the Velcro closing and zipper. The unfortunate thing is that the sleeve kept falling down. I put it on, took 2 steps and it was on my calf.

Wear it! Zip it! Feel it! Work it! Stand up! and watch it slip off my giant thigh.Even on a large size, it seems to just slide off no matter how much tighter you can tighten it. It is a common problem across the reviews, but I think it is a problem for most knee supports out there of any sort. Man, this was just no game at all. At least the other kinds let you walk a bit before it slides down. Copper Fit's Zipper Knee Compression Sleeve seems to be made for the purpose of entertaining us as it slips down when you stand up.Highly disappointed, but highly discouraged to even ship it out. I just want to forget about it.

I am plus size with a pear figure. I was hoping their largest size would fit however it does not stay in place and the fabric above the knee folds down.
