Q: Im wondering if this would work well for transferring a design onto wood or other surfaces for mosaic work? I'd print and then hand trace it over.

Our system was designed for skin. It may transfer to other surfaces but it has not been tested. If you want printed samples to try we will put them in the mail to you.

Q: Will this work with a HP officejet 6500A plus printer

Hello - No HP or Canon printers - these have thermal print head technology and are primed with black ink. Only New Epson EcoTank printers. Monochrome models are best.

Q: Will brother dcp-l2550dw printer work?

Brother printers have not been tested. We have only qualified Epson EcoTank Printers. Other printer companies prime the printers with black ink which is a contaminant. We do not recommend any printers other than Epson EcoTank.
