High quality made resistance band. It is very useful for doing exercises that are not easily completed using weight. The amounts of material that you get is enough to create several different types of lengths. Great value for the price. There is not a noticeable smell to the rubber, as is the case with some bands. It has been regularly used for over a year and it is still intact without any edge rolling.

These are the genuine Theraband product prescribed by physical therapists everywhere. I was worried at first after reading some reviews that they were knockoffs that break easily, sometimes after one use. But after using them for one month I can tell you they are sturdy and durable. The best explanation I can offer for the reports of breakage is that the users do not know the function of the product. This is not your old-style Charles Atlas steel spring strength training product. It is intended for use in a specified way on an isolated muscle or muscle group, often for rehabilitation after injury. If people are using it to see how hard, or how fast, they can pull, that is not the intended purpose. I suppose that's why the label the box "CAUTION: For Professional Use Only," repeated in four languages. One warning is that they don't last forever. When I got a new injury, I dug into a cabinet for a set of bands I had from a previous visit to a physical therapist 5 or so years ago. The bands were dried out and broke on first use. This is just the nature of latex, an organic tree product. These were just single bands that my therapist had cut for me from her roll. I expect the bands in the packaged roll to last longer, as they are treated with talcum powder to preserve them.

This is real Theraband. Much cheaper to buy in a long length and cut it into the needed size. I used to use this in my pediatric clinic but in large rolls. Still this is a good buy for the average person needing it for personal use.

I bought this to use for slingshot rubber a fun new hobby. I first bought the gold that it seams a lot use. It works good but makes the slingshot shoot fast and hard to learn proper hold when holding back tight strong band. The red is almost too light but stand closer and work on hold and release. A better choice is the green it’s a but thicker still light but at 10 meters still plenty strong. I prefer the green so far. I’m also bought blue but have not used it yet but I’m believe it should be perfect if I switch from the green but I like the green. To do it all again trying different bands and strength I would buy the green blue, Blk the red is super thin but surprisingly strong and the stretch is long . I’ll leave this same review on the other colors I have maybe help someone. I couldn’t find reviews that mention slingshot band use. Take Care Everyone, ~ D

Works great to continue shoulder replacement therapy

Good quality— this is the brand they used at Rehab so I trusted it.

Bought these to continue home PT work and put a little greater resistance on than the bands that I got from PT. Good resistance and same brand as PT. Cut to size. The thicker ones like this hold up well. Not ideal for creating loops for monster walks for those of us with hairy legs, but for everything else, I like these a lot. I bought the gold and silver strengths, gold has the greatest resistance, silver is a close second.
