Aven10360 Stainless Steel Long Nose Pliers, 6"

Rather obvious these are QC rejects from a medical supplier re stamped by Aven tools. Not really worth the twenty dollars unless you are looking for a beater pair of stainless steel pliers. Not symmetrical and the wire cutter is not correctly ground, that and the cracks are probably why these were rejected. Decent pliers and if you need the stainless for a non clinical application might work out. Half the price of pliers that are high quality AND stainless so one of two for 20USD isn't that bad.

I have bought other stainless steel pliers and every one ended up rusting. Then I bought the Aven pliers. I use them in the kitchen mostly to remove silver skin from Ribs. Works great, easy to clean and never rusts.Who could ask for more.

Good quality tool for a few bucks.

Bought these to help pull bones out of fish fillets. They don't really work for that. Small bits of fish get stuck in the small groves and reduce their grip. You have to rinse and dry them in order repeatedly to get them to work which deletes the purpose - at least this one. Otherwise, the seem like good quality pliers.

I gave these 3 stars because they do not have a grip of any kind so they are very slippery when using them with food, like pitting fruit, which is the reason I bought them. Otherwise these pliers are a high quality tool.

Works well for removing chicken tendons in the breasts & tenderloins (combined with a fork) and then goes right in the dishwasher and for this, it’s perfect since it’s solid stainless. Well made

I'm using these in my kitchen to open food packaging. You know, those tiny tabs on the Mayo that otherwise tend to turn back my fingernails? I've used several stainless fishing pliers that weren't actually good SS -- not DW-safe, anyway. These have been washed twice.These don't have a spring to pop them open. These do not separate like kitchen scissors.I am a Ladies size Small and like the fit, but bigger hands would fit, too. I am so happy to have them !

Paid $30 expecting decent quality pliers. These aren't even aligned when closed and have 1mm play left to right
