Premium product, pretty awsome sturdy gorgeous product totally satisfied. materials used are strong and sturdy, simple elegant stainless steel design. all the nobs are of goodquality, all nobs sim setting works flawlessly and no tension at all of gas turning off. Space between the burner are sufficient spaced no complaints. under stove space is also simple, efficient and stove stand material are strong and rubber grip is good.Space between the burner and stove plate are minimal so no worry about liquid being spilled out. This definitely a unique stainless steel gas stove with best quality and material. I would definitely recommend this product, just go for it 👍.

Good one. Customer care contacted me for installation if required, and for online registration as a customer. The prodict is good. Only thing I didnt like is the gas hose connector is provided at the front portion on right side. It will be better if its ij back portion or on bacj side as most users keeps cyllinder on such sides. Or I dont know whether that have options to choose. The product is good in quality and look

Easy to install and clean. The installation was chargeable at 250 INR and was also mandatory to avoid the later visits by the technician for any other issue. If not installed by their technician be ready to shell out 250 INR everytime as their visit charges. The stove is great quality and can be dismantled easily for cleaning thoroughly. Would highly recommend at a price of around 2850-3000 INR.

We purchased the stove last year and below are the list of points to say NOT TO BUY ELICA stoves1) The burners were pathetic.initiall for 15 days they worked well and later they became worst and finally stoped working.2)Knobs were another head ache they become tight and we try to apply oil to loosen them and it doesn't workOut of 4 burners 2 stoped workingI repeatedly called customer care which is PATHETICNo one comes to check the stove post complaining repeatedly after 5-6 times I can say horrible after sale service.Finally even before year of usage and repeated customer care complains we exchanged and got new stove.Now we are happy with the prestige.

Amazon delivery was worst for this product. If not for the solid build of the product, it would have been in pieces before reaching me. Even then, it has a dent on the lower left stand corner of the product and it's clearly visible that it was handled like garbage by Amazon. Product is superb. Very good. It does not have ISI markings on the stove but on the carton it is printed that it's ISI certified.Very very good product just that Amazon delivery could have been much much better.

The product is excellent. It's easy to install by ourself. But one of the burner was not working properly when it's delivered. Contacted customer care support for after sales service. They responded immediately and customer friendly. One Mr. Yogeswaran from technical team came and did the service. He did a great job and special mention to him. Overall it's a good product.

Value for money... Good quality... But the external package is not good. There is no sufficient protection to product inside the package it can easily damaged. Update my review after 1 month use.

Good product value back product but manufacture defect i.e. big burnor is in right side & small burner is in left side. Hence at the time making chapati it is difficult to making chapati to in small left side burnor, and other gas stove one burnor is big then other small, small but it stovev two medium burnor and two small burnor
