Snappy Lenovo - Tiny M73 I3-4130T # 10AY001RUS
Nice and snappy M73 I3-4130T # 10AY001RUS client/server, I didn't keep the spin HDD, didn't even start the machine until I changed to a Samsung EVO 840 250g/SSD that I had available. Boots in less than 6 seconds using the Win7 Pro already pre-installed on the spin drive (copied from spin drive to SSD).I'm running VMware with 2003 server 24/7 with no issues. The local disk running HS2 (HomeSeer) along with DNS server with no issues so far. Also running software for a security system recording video to an external spin drive. I also use VNC for remote into both the local and VM.So far this unit runs quiet and cool now mounted out of sight with no need for a keyboard or mouse. Love the size of this unit and the ease to remove it from the Visa mount for maintenance and upgrades such as the memory, which I have not done yet, but will when I get another for a basic client. Yes I plan on buying another one! I currently have no need for a big tower as I once had, so downsizing and keeping the power and heat down has been achieved this system, which for now I approve as I like the quality of the materials used for the build of this unit. I would recommend to a friend. There are several sellers here on Amazon, this one came from Fatech International and was fulfilled by Amazon. As normal the shipping was as expected and packed well with an outer box then with the retail box of this unit inside.Update- I for got to mentioned that I normally build my own systems, but in this case I couldn't come up with anything that I really liked in mirco ATX or ITX platform, after a few weeks of comparing systems and looking over reviews I settled on this system. Lenovo has come a long way in a very short period of time. They must be somewhat good for one my company has a bout 100k employees and probably about 60k clients and 5 data centers and this brand is being used to replace older HP clients., but at the 4 or 5 data centers still using HP.Update2 Mar-2015 - I ended up buying another one from WhiteRock here on Amazon, couldn't wait. I like the other one so much for what I intend to use them for that I wanted another one for a desktop client. Got another mount and another SSD drive to install in this system. So far, even know it's only been a week, I'm very pleased with these systems.Update3 Dec-2015 - Still love'n these system, not issues running WIN7 pro and VM with 2003 server.I also, totally recommend the bracket, which should also work with any VESA compatible devices... even know I didn't mount mine as a VESA requirement, rather behind a office hutch system (attached picture, not the best picture) that is only part of the bigger set of office furniture, which is in storage at the moment.Mine two units are side by side, one runs as desktop, the other as a server that I remote into using VNC. Great systems so far!

DOA after one year. Be forwarded
Died after a year. A strange buzzing sound came from the unit and all applications froze. i can't even get into the computer tools to figure out what happened and fix it.During the prior two months prior to the absolute freeze, speed performance kept degrading, degrading degrading.I initially gave this a positive review a year ago, but now regrettably experience has shown otherwise. It's a sad sad day.

Connects Well With A Big Screen TV
Tiny computer but has its' drawbacks.I am using a wireless keyboard from a distance of about 15 feet and it works well, however, the USB wireless plugin uses one of the front ports, which only leaves one unoccupied. I also had to purchase a separate USB CD/DVD drive, which adds additional cost if you need to reinstall the system from disks. There is a model available that has a built-in drive. One plus, other that its' size, is that it came with both Windows 7 as well as Windows 8 disks.Unfortunately, I opted for the Windows 10 free upgrade without realizing that there are privacy issues with it...at least, with the disks included, I can always reinstall Windows 7. At least, for now, I only use this computer for watching YouTube videos and live weather reports.

Ok for the money if you don't really need that warranty.
Decent performance, but troublesome. One out of four was dead within a week, and repair parts were back ordered! Lenovo couldn't honor warranty for "at least three weeks". Not sure how I'm supposed to run a business like this. Back to Amazon it goes.

Competent, but some issues with small size and Win 7
I replaced a bulky HP desktop with an A6 processor and 8 gb RAM with the M73 Tiny for my office computer. I use it several times a week with MS Office and also for viewing media. Performance has not been an issue. Installation was fast and efficient, and even though Lenovo has installed some bloat ware, some of it actually has some utility and overall it has not affected performance noticeably. After a week or two, I learned to ignore what I didn't need and it looks like I have the option to uninstall some of it. Hooked to a 4G modem, I get reasonably quick response on the web and only seldom encounter any lag in playing videos. When it comes to running Office, it performs with excellence. Wifi reception has been very good, but you must attach the provided antenna (about four inches of plastic that screws into the back). As a casual pc user, this suits my needs very well and I love the small footprint. However, buyer take notice: This cpu is really small, and you are giving up the convenience of (for example) built in card readers or more than a minimal number of input/output options; there is a display port, not hdmi, so you'll need an adapter to connect this to a monitor or tv using hdmi. I have an adapter connected so I can output to my tv, and it works great, and my three year old external dvd reads and writes perfectly via usb. There is also a vga port for a pc monitor. That said, the very small size makes plugging peripherals in and out difficult, and having the audio output and the usb 3.0 in the front makes the front of the cpu look cluttered when you connect your speakers and a device to the front. You are definitely sacrificing convenience for size, and for my needs all the tradeoffs were worthwhile. However, if you use a lot of peripherals or tend to be tinkering with your inputs and outputs a lot, I tend to think you might want to look at a slim desktop rather than a "mini".This is a very proficient computer for casual use, but if you want a workhorse with major speed and memory, step up. For email, web, basic media, some streaming and MS Office, you'll get what you need.Update 12/1/2015: I have now spent about 18 months with this CPU. When running Win 7 I had recurring issues with the operating system booting up, and at one point had to repair the O/S with a disk I had made at set up (thankfully it worked)! I suspect the issue might have been with the fact that Win 8 was originally installed, but then Win 7 was installed by the distributor, which is why you get a Win 8 DVD with this cpu. After repairing the O/S the cpu has been better. I recently upgraded to Windows 10 via Microsoft's fee upgrade, and the installation failed the first time and I had to re-install it, which was successful. Since the Windows 10 update, the cpu is generally more stable, but I continue to have slow boot times and O/S "freezes" somewhat infrequently, but enough to be a nuisance. I also noticed that the Lenovo recovery partition shows content available in Win 10 in my file manager, but I also got a Microsoft message at installation that Lenovo recovery would not work with Win 10, so I am backing up to the cloud regularly.I would not buy this product again, but I'm glad it works with Windows 10 and I'll continue to use it (assuming no hiccups) for the next 12-24 months before I upgrade.
