Viva Vantage Paper Towels

I never thought I'd be writing a review for paper towels of all things, but this Viva Vantage product is amazing. I love the unique stretchy texture, which is not only pleasant to the touch but extremely durable. I find I can rinse them out and use them several times without the slightest tear. The roll lasts a very long time, especially with the choose-a-size option. In the past I always purchased either Brawny or Bounty paper towels, but now I wouldn't buy anything but Viva Vantage. They're terrific and Amazon offers them at a great price.

If you want a paper towel that scrubs these are okay, but if you want softness like a facial tissue, don't buy these. They are not soft at all.

These were good paper towels. I usually hate Viva because they are too soft and rip easily/get stuck. These were great, much more like other brands.

There was a shortage on Viva products when I ordered these, and I was desperate. They were advertised asbig rolls, and they are not. I knew the price was too high, ($27), but like I said, I was desperate, but I didn't realize that I might be getting scalped. I did find some, later, and they arrived the same day. I purchased these, 2, 6-pack rolls for $19. They haven't been opened, and they are a non-refund item, which I didn't realize. The dealer said Icould return them to him, but what would be the postage to Puerto Rico?Regards,Betsy

I like the choice on size of individual sheets. However, this is the first time I have tried the Viva Vantage and find them to be too rough. The towels are strong and are good quality, depending on your use for them.

Unlike some of the negative reviews, which noted some residual lint after rubbing, I did not suffer from these drawbacks and felt that Viva delivered clean and absorbent wipes, better than the Bounty I had lying around and a major improvement than Selection (Metro) branded kitchen towels. They're thick and grooves definitely seemed to work in my usage (mostly wiping oil off pans).That said, the price is simply too high for a single roll. I've seen the 6 pack sell for $5.99-6.99 in a nearby Rexall and even Amazon's 6/12 count produces a much lower unit cost. For those seeking a top performing, award-winning (Good Housekeeping) towel one would be best to purchase in bulk or elsewhere.

These are very strong - you can rinse them out, squeeze and keep going - but when I clean a cast iron pan and particles come off I get a little concerned about what they're made of. For all other purposes they're great.
