My husband has developed a skin condition on his arms when he is in the sun (not cancer). I bought the arm sleeves to help protect his arms. They did not pull all the way up his arm. We were able to make them work but by the 2nd wearing, the elastic pulled off. Need to refine the elastic and sew into the fabric. Have to fix 2 of the 3 sets he wore this week. He did notice that his arms were not sore or itchy while in the sun and that they were cool. When we went riding, we went through water. He said the sleeves stayed cool afterward.

Not made for every size, my daughters arms are too small, they don't stay up, she is an older teenager with average size arms. Gave some to my dad his arms are too big( he has normal size arms) and the stitching ripped when he tried to put them on.

They work great. Your arms feel protected but not hot and sweaty.

Like the concept for work as I am a nurse and sometimes we get hot when clinic starts. However they do not stay up on your upper arm. There is no lining to help like others offer. I returned mine and found others that work great. Better for kids.

Have to agree with other reviews. Quality not the best. This "ice silk" (rayon) material doesn't seem as cool as polyester. For the $ I guess not a bad deal. Just was expecting a little more.

You get what you pay for. These work for what they cover, but aren't as flexible, durable or long as name brand sleeves. I drive a delivery truck for a living and was tired of putting sun block on my arms every day. I bought a name brand pair of sleeves first and cut thumb holes in them so my hands are protected too. After a month or so the sleeves were getting faded and really dirty(started fraying after a couple washes in a washing machine). I Bought these on price alone and rolled the dice. For the price, they are good. but I will not be buying again because they are not long enough to cover my hands while driving; will drop 10-20 bones for the pair I bought before. If you are just looking to cover your arms from your sleeves to your wrist, these do the trick.

We had an unfortunate house fire 2yrs ago and my Son is recovering from 2nd and 3rd degree burns and these are very useful. He now has a variation of colors to go with his outfits and uniforms on gamedays.

I had such high hopes for these. They are not at all long enough and do not fit as advertised. Wearing them up as high as they do in the pictures leaves a 3in gap from my wrist. I have fairly skinny arms. They fit snug on my bicep to the point of cutting, but very loose around the wrist. I measured and it only gives me 16in if length instead of the 19in stretch they show. There’s no way they’re unisex. The stitching is also very subpar. It looks as if a child did them in their first sewing machine class. They are true to color, are relatively comfortable, and came really quickly. The price is good, but the areas where they fall short are deal breakers for me. These are DEFINITELY going back.
