I work an average of 70hrs. a week and needed something natural to help keep my mood elevated, keep stress eating at bay, and keep my energy levels high enough to avoid skipping the gym. I did my fair share of research on the plant and decided that if I were going to take it in capsule form for convenience, I would need to opt for a very pure brand. Within a few days of taking this, I thought I felt a difference but kept it going for a couple more weeks for good measure. I find myself no longer hitting the Snooze button which is a huge deal. It doesn't make me sleepy but once my head hits the pillow at night, I'm getting ALL of my sleep. My FitBit backs this up. There is a natural energy boost in the morning when I take it, no jitters or sweats like other supps. The struggle with anxiety has been real my whole life and I found that prescription medicine only gave me a little relief with lots of problems later on. I’m a results kind of person and so I started running ashwagandha (albeit a little skeptical) with hopes that it would at least take the edge off my anxiety- WOW, did I underestimate how much it would help me? Absolutely, and I wanted my review to be the facts. The fact is that unlike xanax which only fixes a panic attack at a time, consistent dosage of the ashwagandha has made my anxiety an afterthought that I’m not battling daily. Thank you guys for being one of the only companies to have this stuff on the market so accessibly.

Did not work for me

This stuff works wonders! I work constantly and I'm always on the go with my side sports like football and softball as well as constantly traveling. I've noticed that with this product, I find myself to be a more focused and alert without feeling like I'm about to bounce off the walls. I find it also helps me power through my gym sessions after I get out of work and dont feel like doing anything. All in all a great product

like a lot of people...I have a very stressful FT job in addition to being “Super Mom”, good wife and everything in between. I have suffered from anxiety for many years and never did anything to treat it aside from working out when I could find time. I have been dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety lately. I have been taking it for several days now and I feel the difference. My anxiety has subsided, I'm not as stressed, and I have a lot more energy. I am excited to keep taking it and feel better and better. I definitely recommend this product for anyone dealing with something similar.My mind are more calm and can focus better.

I bought this for my husband. He suffers from extreme anxiety and had tried prescribed medication but hated it because it made him jittery, dizziness, and nauseas.
