Perfect
High quality: lovely and comfortable. Not too hard and not to soft. Had them for a few months and they haven’t flattened. Also washed well in the machine

Great nights sleep
One of my friends had just purchased these when I went to stay with her for a few days. I had great nights sleep, no aching neck when I woke up. I have since purchased them for my husband and myself and we are both really happy with them.

Excellent pillows
Over the last year I've gone from having terrible sleep to generally having great sleep. I've made a number of incremental changes, mattress & topper, bedding, ventilation, diet & meal times etc etc. During that time I've tried various different pillows. These pillows have made the single biggest improvement to my sleep of all. I'm a front sleeper most of the time, so tend to transition through the night from going to sleep on my side where you need a little extra support to waking up on my front where you need little support at all. These pillows just seem to adapt perfectly for me.

Suspension collapsed within a year!
I purchased a pack of two on 29th June 2025. They were very comfortable for the first few months. The suspension part has collapsed gradually and are now rendered useless. They have not even lasted a year. I would not recommend.

Too hard and didn’t help my neck
I bought this pillow to help my neck pain but it was too big and firm to help my neck so I used it for a few nights and then went back to my old pillow. You can only buy this pillow in pairs so I am disappointed with this expensive purchase.

Comfortable.
This is the second time we have purchased these pillows, the first time we had the Med to Firm, and we had those for about 5 years, now we are a little older we have opted for the Med to Soft, and they are really Comfortable. recommend these Pillows.
