I have wireless earphones for the car ... can I use this adapter on a plane with my earphones and receive sound?

If you are using Bluetooth to connect your wireless headphones to your car or Music player then this airplane audio adapter will not allow you to connect to the plane media system. You have two options, get a pair of wired earphones (or if your wireless earphones have the option to use a wire then use that wire), and then use this Airline audio adapter to connect to the in flight media system. Or you can check if the airlines you are flying on has media system that allows bluetooth pairing (Although I would guess most don't have this option).

will this fit omtp jack? or doe sit need a converter jack?

Sorry, but I know almost nothing about the OMPT Jack. I used it in series with my Bose Quietcomfort 20 headphones to adapt to the airline sound system. Since the OMPT and the AHJ jacks have the same L/R connections and don't support the microphone function it may not matter if the ground contacts are in different locations.

Do you have an adapter that turns a single headset mic phone jack into two jacks , one for mic and the other for headphones?
