unit works great, wish the set up instructions were more in detail to get the programming you wanted to watch. after a phone call to the support , I was walked through with no issues. Hardware set up is pretty simple and easy, just the initial program install was a bit vague , wish that portion was in more detail in the instructions that came with the unit. other than that works great.

The manual informations are totally inadequate related to the activation of this TV box. It took three days to engage the vendor on the procedures to activate this unit.

the sound is too soft but the advertisement is too loud so I have to adjust the volume of the TV all the time. It is very annoying.

Didn't work, followed all instructions . Phoned Prime Australia for further advice but still couldn't use itemVery disappointed as we were looking forward to using box and having the variety of programmes it offered.
