I love quilts. And I hate the materials most blankets are made from these days. I can't stand to touch them because of the materials they are made from. I bought this quilt because my daughter bought me a twin size quilt from the same company a couple of years ago, I loved it. I love the feel of it, the weight of it. It's heavier that most cheaper quilts you buy these days. This is more like the ones Grandma used to make. It's also beautiful with rich colors. Definitely a 5 star.

The shams were as advertised and priced reasonably.

This quilted throw is beautiful, soft, well made! So glad I bought it. The picture in the ad doesn't show the backing but it's the red multi colored plaid used on the front, trimmed out in solid gray. Definitely recommend for the country or rustic decor.

I bought this over a year ago (close to 2 years) and I'm finally reviewing it ... a bit of a story. I'm a picky 64 year old guy who lives in a rustic tiny house cabin. I also like to decorate for Christmas but wasn't thrilled with putting traditional Christmas red on my bed ... the colors in this quilt hit all the right marks. I kept it on my bed for about 6 months ... then put something lighter in color and feel for Spring and Summer. Unfortunately, I learned way too late that my new puppy had been peeing on the edges near the floor toward the head of the bed. I spot cleaned them but lots of color appeared to be coming off on my damp cloth. I read about how to launder it and all the hand wash and line dry guidelines and recommendations really were a turn off. I put them in "space bags" and stored them in my loft under another bed. A few months later I had major hip reconstruction surgery and was pretty much grounded ... so there it set for another year. Well ... a few weeks ago, I decided to look for it since it was early Fall ... but I couldn't find it. I FINALLY located it and I decided to take a chance on laundering it in my sister's extra large front load machine. I washed it on delicate cold then put it in the dryer on low heat for half cycle and then air dry. We'll ... it didn't shrink one bit, the colors stayed vibrant and zero frayed areas or torn stitched areas where quilted. It turned out PERFECT!!!! Now for the things that I like ... love the vibrant colors. It's very long and full ... well-made and hangs great on the bed. It looks great with black or khaki accessories (see pics). It's very soft ... almost perfectly stitched and good quality quilting. I also purchased the matching throw since I have 3 small dogs but wanted to keep it covered with the same pattern. It looked great!!! I also bought the matching red/black pillow cases. I really am very satisfied with my purchase ... not cheap but it was a fair price for a quality product. Finally ... now that I've seen how beautiful it can turn out when laundered ... I would definitely recommend this quilt.

Nice item just not the shade of red that I needed.

Don't waste your money on this! Took it out of the bag and straight into the washer before use and the seams split and the stuffing is falling out! ON THE FIRST WASH!! Never even got to use the damn thing!!
