these units work so much better than a Dremel.just make sure you are getting the correct hand piece for the bits you have

Don't buy this device, it won't last but a few days
Don't buy this. We had to return the first one we received because it didn't release the burr. The replacement FAILED after 3 days of use. I wanted to give no stars but the review page insisted on at least 2...

Burr stuck in hand piece.
I used this only a couple of times. I had a problem at the very beginning which Amazon fixed but I put the machine away and now I just took it out again and now the burr is completely stuck in the hand piece for no reason. Absurd. The only instructions I can find for repair are in according language and I canโt follow the instructions ( which seem to involve disassembling the hand piece into many parts and hitting it repeatedly with a hammer) at all. Very disappointing.

It works perfectly but . . .
I bought this for wood carving. It's fantastic and I'm happy with the tool but I only gave it 4 stars because it doesn't come with ANY instructions!!! It's not a cheap or common tool. Couldn't the manufactures spring for 3ยข and put a single sheet of paper in the box with how to set the bits? Fortunately there is a guy on YouTube who had this same issue and he made a video. Otherwise this is a 5 star tool.
