Great jackets but wrong size sent and never received replacement. Such a bummer.
Super great quality. Really warm but light weight. Perfect for AZ in the fall as is or winter if you layer. My niece is BTS crazy. This was a bday gift for her. I got her a size medium for room to grow, she's very tiny. It's like a US small/medium. I bought one for my daughter but the Suga one. Id recommend this product for sure!****Update**** Nov 30thI originally gave 5 whole stars because the quality of the jackets are great! But upon realizing the seller sent one of the 2 I purchased in the wrong size and then they did not rectifying their mistake by sending a replacement withing the time as promised or EVER has caused me to bring it down to 2 stars.I purchased both jackets at the same time and recieved them both on the 6th of Nov but unfortunately they sent the wrong size for my daughter, I ordered 2 mediums in Suga & Jimin, but got a medium Jimin and small Suga. This was really a bummer since it was the Suga jacket that needed to be bigger to fit (my daughter wears 14/16 in girl's). I started the replacement process and was told I'd receive the replacement before having to send the original and that would be delivered on the 8th of Nov which was great because my daughter's birthday is on the 12th. Well the replacement NEVER came and I didn't want her to not get her surprise, this was LITERALLY the only thing my baby begged for. So I held on to it so she could unwrap it, even of it wasn't the actual one she could keep. I explained what happened and although she was sad she couldn't wear it every day.. (I only let her wear it on her birthday) she was super happy to know a new one was on it's way and was very thankful!I wanted to make sure the second jacket was the right size before sending the first jacket back... and thank goodness I did otherwise she would have been so bummed. Like I said before, I allowed her to wear it on her birthday but there's no growing room... it's actually snug in the torso part and very baggy/long in the arms. She just wore it unbuttoned. So we have been waiting to recieve the medium, the correct size but nothing, nada... my girl just looks at the jacket everyday and even asks if she can wear the TIGHT one since the RIGHT one is never coming.My return/replacement process expires on the 6th of Dec. I guess I'll just send the small one off and hope the right one comes soon but honestly I'm afraid it never will come and she will be without the jacket all together :(As far as the quality, I still think it's great. The girls love them. IT'S THE QUALITY OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED, or SHOULD I SAY THE LACK THERE OF, THAT IS INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING.

Soft and warm
So I bought this for my little sister whi is a big Fan. She loved it, its warm and very light plus it fits her just right. When I first got it felt cheaply made but since my little sister loved it and I got for a great price. That's why i am giving it a 5 star.

Great product but came late
I really like this jacket its warm and has great quality,but it came late. It was supposed to come on June 29 but came on July 6. I don't really think I will be buying from this seller again because I read the seller reviews and they all said that it came late. Another thing was that the logo with V on it looked un even. The right eye seamed lower than the left but its not that noticeable. But overall I really like this jacket.
