They provide comfort to your feet and back
I work rotating 12 hour shifts, and walk around 20,000 steps each shift. These insoles have been a feet and back saver. Due to the amount of steps I walk, in steel toe shoes I change mine every 3 months. Women our feet deserve this support.

Give comfort to aching feet but do not completely alleviate foot fatigue pain
After an illness over a decade ago where I had tiny blood clots lodge in my feet, my feet have never been as "long lasting" as they used to be. Standing on hard surfaces in work boots for long periods is agony. I have tried lots of different inserts and was looking for something that would mimic the gel cushion kitchen mats that feel so nice when my feet are really giving me fits at the end of the day. These inserts are not miracle workers, they do not totally cause me to feel any foot fatigue and while cushiony, they are not like standing on a gel cushion kitchen mat, however, they do help alleviate some of the pain and they fit in my work boots. I am still on the lookout for the miracle shoe or shoe insole (and I have tried many!).

These are so comfortable. I was having painful feet after standing on them all day, wore these and my feet were not hurting at the end of the day.

Mega Comfort Are the Best!
I use these Insoles in almost all of my shoes and hiking boots. I work in a library - polished concrete floors - without these I couldn't work without foot fatigue. I also hike 20 - 40 miles a week and these make it possible. I've been using them for 8-years.

Makes a difference
I have had quite a few of these inserts and they make such a difference in my feet and back. I stand for 8 hrs straight and they are great!

Didn't work for me
They're alright but I had to switch back to my old insoles because they made the ball of my foot hurt. Probabaly not a problem with the insoles, just with my weird, picky feet. My heel was comfy. Made in Taiwan.
