There is a velcro extender at the back of the hat in case your head is extra large it gives you some space.If your head is extremely large, it may be a slight problem. if your head is small/med/large/x large- this is the hat for you.Any xx large or xxx large this hat may not fit. You will enjoy this hat. It has a soft lambskin leather and soft cushion inside. Hope this helps!
