It works. That's about all I can say about it. It appears to be of similar construction quality to the genuine Shure connectors. Even with my s***ty soldering skills I was able to make this work.

As advertised.
This connector is much more cheaply made than the genuine article, and is extremely delicate, but I was able to install it without issue and it works as well as any once installed and properly strain relieved.
