Does ths bond or hold the fibets any better than regular hairspray?

I didn't think so....I just use regular hair spray now.

It is a holding spray to keep hair in place. There are no running fibers down your face. Yes you can wear a hat & sweat with it. there will be no trace of run-ons.

Can you sleep without fibres coming out and how long does hold last?

Yes you can sleep with it snd it stays until you wash it out

How many shampoos will this last?

I have had to redo this product after shampooing. It holds up to perspiration and other moisture, but not to my shampooing.
