2019 Apple iPad Mini with A12 Bionic chip (7.9-inch/20.1 cm, Wi‑Fi, 256GB) - Gold (5th Generation)

I bought this iPad specifically for graphic and digital design. The Procreate app runs very smoothly on this iPad. The best part of this iPad is that it is very lightweight and portable. It is roughly the size of an A5 notebook. Yet, it does not feel too small to draw on. It is compatible with the 1st generation Apple Pencil (Sold separately). It can charge fast and battery lasts long. The display is very good.

Apple’s iPad lineup still sits atop the tablet kingdom more than a decade after the first device was released. Nevertheless, the iPad Mini seems to be in a strange spot. Most of the market gravitates toward the top-of-the-line iPad Pro or the cheapest standard iPad. At first glance, the iPad Mini feels like a worse buy with a higher price tag and a smaller screen.But over the past year, the iPad Mini has easily become my favorite device to use on a daily basis.What drew me to the iPad Mini over the other options is its size. The first tablet I truly loved was the Nexus 7, and despite the OS change, this gave me the same experience. I wanted a smaller tablet to use for reading and occasional media consumption, and that’s exactly what I got.I also like that the base model comes with 64GB of storage. This amount feels right for a tablet, which needs nowhere near as much space as a phone. The base model of the standard iPad only has 32GB, and the 128GB iPad costs more than the cheapest iPad Mini.At first glance, the iPad Mini design looks dated with large bezels and a physical fingerprint reader/home button. More expensive models like the iPad Air and iPad Pro look much sleeker. However, in this case, smaller bezels would reduce the usability of the device. It’s nice to have some space to hold a tablet without unwanted taps, and I’m more than willing to give up a little screen real estate for it.Battery life is also excellent. When reading or browsing the web for a few hours a night, the battery easily lasted for a week. Streaming video drained the battery a bit faster, but you can expect to meet or exceed Apple’s promised 10-hour battery life.In terms of actually using the device, iPadOS has come a long way in recent years. Great tablet to have. I bought it in jan 2020 mainly for reading, studying and media consumption, and it is serving me well. Tried pubg on it and it was smooth. Battery backup is also good.But if you have bigger screen iphone and a laptop tablet is not much of a use. It doesn’t replace laptop as data transfer from iphone or ipad to external hdd or flash drive is not an easy task.All in all, if you want a tablet, its best. Looks are awesome and software is well intigtrated.

Been using since 2019 october and damn this ipad is just amazing, i couldn't find a single con for a long time now ima mention some pros and cons herePros :-• amazing battery back up• amazing performance overall and barely any lag in many games I've tested ovall (pubgm, codm, genshin impact, fortnite too before it was removed) note that it lagged a bit on fortnite and genshin on higher settings but it shall be expected• screen display is also very great• speakers are perfect• 3.5mm jack provided so no issues with thatCons :- I couldn't find any for a long time honestly but i faced a few issues after overloaded uses so you shouldn't be facing them if you use for a normal amount of time• my screen had some burnt pixels but I'm not surprised with it• nowadays it kinda heats up when i play games like genshin, pubg or even do multitasking (discord + yt) but it doesn't lag so no issue with lag but it heats up a lotOverall great item at a cheap rate but in 2021 i suggest waiting for the next mini model if you wanna buy ipad mini

This happens to be my first Apple product. I have been an android fan for so long but this thing exceeded my expectations. Small simple tablet tablet with a powerful processor and a very good battery life camera is decent not very great. For those who you have not used an Apple product before it might be slightly confusing to use applications such as file systems however one can refer to the web and easily bypass these issues. All in all a product worth its value. Another advice is if you are buying an apple pen you can do so so but the brand tukzer has a pen cheaper than the Apple pen which is quite good as well
