Very difficult recipes to make
Stunning book. I think I should have been more realistic with myself about ordering it. Although the pictures are beautiful there are no pictures for how to steps that I would need to replicate these desserts. Also without hundreds of dollars of specialized baking equipment I can’t replicate either. Over all a beautiful book to look through but not to cool from
