Not as described / Totally scratched up
So as you will see in the photos, this item is totally not as described - 4 stacks of ventilation louvers, as opposed to 2 stacks of louvers as is indicated on the Amazon website. Not really the look we were expecting. Further, this item arrived damaged - very scratched up. It appears to have been shipped by Amazon with no protective packing materials whatsoever.
