Color is great, but product arrived damaged
I love this color and product, but the lip product just breaks off so easily. When this had arrived, I opened up the package and took off the lid, only to find that a piece of it had been broken off, and there was some of it smeared on the top of the plastic holder. When I get it straight from the store, I also have problems sometimes. I'm not sure if this means the item has been used and returned, but I wish there was better quality control for this or that they could make it with better packaging.

Durable color with great no run lip control.
Shade was not want I really wanted but was as durable and long term standing!

Super nice and creamy. The color is a bit off for my complexion but that’s the only con because I make it work with some lipsticks and glosses.

Color not as expected. I was hoping for more of a nude color but it’s more like a brown/orange tone. At first glance the color looks great but I was disappointed.
