Bosmere Weatherproof Outdoor Swing Seat Cover, 86" L x 49" W x 67" H, Green

I'm very pleased with visual look and ease of installing on my swing. I new before it arrived my swing is about 2-3 inches taller than the cover, but I'm okay with the swing stand having minor expose to the elements. I'd rather allow that than the cover be bigger and allow water, salt, snow, and ice piling or pooling around it during winter.

This cover is well worth the money. It is very heavy material and protects the swing from the elements of nature. You won’t be disappointed!

Can't give this full star reviews yet, because I just got it, but it seems to look like it might last hopefully 2 years. it fits and looks great. Only one I could find to fit my daybed swing.

I LIKE THE STENGTH OF TARP SWING COVER ,BUT YOU NEED STRONGER TIE DOWNS WHEN FIRST PUT UP A WIND BLEW IT OFF OVER THE FENCE SO I TIED IT DOWN TO A LANDSCAPING TIMBER

The quality of materials used. The weight. The zippers are sturdy. Brand new on vintage lawn swing. Expecting this product to protect for years to come.

Perfect fit! We bought this to cover a red 3 seat swing that we bought from Lowes. They didn't really have any options for us for covers in store so I took the chance on this. I'm short so I needed my husbands help to get the cover up and over the top but other then that, I was able to do it by myself and only took about 5 minutes. I'm very glad that I was able to find something to protect it from the harsh winters here in the midwest. It really looks well made and looks like it will hold up for many years with the swing. My only thing is I think its a tad overpriced but it was really my only option, all the other covers that I looked at wouldn't have fit.

I really liked how this fit my swing. The zippers on both sides and the straps to secure it were good. Now for the bad…this does not hold up to very windy conditions. On a rainy/windy day my entire swing took a tumble. Waited out the storm then re-righted my swing. Next storm came and the swing went over again. Needless to say the cover is no longer on and is folded up on the ground. A lot of money wasted on this. They should have put air vents throughout this cover!

This is wider than my three-seater, but it's workable. I like that the front flips up and over, so you can leave the swing cover on. However, it slips off, down the back of the swing. It really needs to have velcro tabs(or tabs with grommets) inside the top front corners to prevent this. I put some heavy clips across the front that help some.The cover appears to be well-constructed, and of good quality material. It is certainly waterproof. We'll see how well it holds up to Iowa winters!

This is our third Bosmere cover. I guess the first one lasted three years before the material went. The second one leaked like a sieve and was returned for a replacement. The third one also leaks ( it is now 2 weeks old). The problem is that the long top seams face the wrong way, so that the overlap on the material faces the wrong way ie the water flows into it rather than over it - fairly basic stuff, you'd think. The second issue is that the side seams are stitched inwards so that water sits in there and then leaks through the stitching holes. Because we don't like just throwing things away ( which I guess is what happens to returns) we have used clear silicone to try to seal the seams - only time will tell. Regarding the '6 year warranty', when I contacted Amazon about it they suggested I would have to contact Bosmere directly. I have rung the company and just got put on hold and then cut off, I have sent emails and there has not been a word of reply. So good luck getting a replacement or repair under warranty! In short, I'd try to find an alternative product

Most of the swing seat covers are for the smaller three seat, steel frame swings. I needed one for a larger, wooden A frame swing seat/bed and this seemed to fit the bill, though I was worried it would be too large. Turned out to be almost perfect. Almost, because it is a little too short and does not come entirely to the ground, but leaves about 4 inches of leg exposed - shocking, I know :)It is however, well made, quite thick with good zips and useful eyelets and bungees to fasten it down. I have taken some precautions with the top, where it fits around the square canopy frame, adding some packing to the frames hard corners to try and prevent any wear on the cover, and ensuring there is a good "fall" so that rain water does not puddle on the top.On the whole I am very pleased and hopeful I should get at least 2 or 3 seasons from it.

I try to avoid writing reviews until I've had the product for a while so I can give an accurate idea of how it performs long term. We've had this cover since the end of last summer and i can honestly say it has outperformed any previous, cheaper, cover. For the first time i was able to leave the cushions out under the cover without fear of them getting wet ( obviously not through the winter, but for all of September and October).It has sustained one small tear when it blew against the house wall during storm Doris but that was extreme circumstances and it is repairable. I find it rather big for my swing, and there is a lot of surplus fabric, but i can live with that because it's so good in every other way.

I splashed out on this cover for my wooden garden swing bed, which has base dimensions of 245 cm x 130 cm and is 180 cm high. I knew it was therefore likely to be 10 cm too short, and indeed this is the case, but it only means the bottom 10 cm of each leg is exposed - at least it will allow air to circulate. I'll just have to keep an eye out for neighbours' cats going underneath (hopefully they won't, I've got a sonic repeller too!). My swing seat is an A-frame when the roof shade is removed for winter, so this cover is over-baggy at the top, but at least it is big enough.It came in a compact purpose-made carry bag, with window and handles, which was a nice touch, though a simple wrapper would have sufficed - there's no way I'll ever fold the cover up as tightly again to get it back in the bag!The label says, "NEW and improved 'PVC free', UV stabilised polyester fabric... protected with Bosmere's unique waterproof coating." The material seems really strong - it feels very thick & sturdy and has a black interior surface.There is a pair of large brass eyelets at each corner, about 20 cm apart. Four bungees are provided, which comprise a loop of very thick elastic (the loop is about 20 cm long, ie. circa 40 cm of elastic) which is fixed into a 2.5 cm bobble. You thread the loop in through one eyelet, pass it around the leg of the furniture (more than once if required), feed it back out through the other eyelet and then push the end of the loop over the bobble - it holds brilliantly! I'll have to see if the cover rides up at all in a strong wind, but even if it does it cannot come off altogether unless the bungees 'untoggle' themselves.Time will tell if the cover lasts more than one winter, which is all that my last (much cheaper & flimsier) cover managed before it started disintegrating.

After spending a lot of time deciding which cover was going to fit satisfactorily I finally settled on this one and I’m glad I did, I can now leave my cushion on the swing during the summer months,, can also just unzip the front and leave the cover on while still being able to use the swing if it looks like it may rain, making it very versatile.
