I've had both a 3mm and 4mm chain for over three years; both are still extremely solid. I have heavy metal pendants that slide around from time-to-time on both, and the color hasn't come away either.

Good quality. My husband loves the chain. Very sturdy. He has not showered in it so I have no idea how it reacts to water.

Sturdy, beautiful, and secure.

Been wearing this chain, non-stop for a year and simply put; no rust or discoloration.

I have bought three of these in different lengths and widths. Love every one of them. Heavy, durable finish, attractive, practical and affordable. What's not to like???

I like the chain. I went with a 3mm black box chain. I did not want to have something that was very noticeable on my neck so it is perfect. I also have a pure silver medallion on it so it has a good contrast. I have worn it in the shower without the medallion and there is no issue since it is stainless steel. The black finish has held up very well and has no flaking. I can't see any linkage seams on the individual links. I just really like this chain a lot! My only issue is this. The lobster claw clasp seems pretty good but has a very slight gap. I just think that there is a better claw clasp out there. One that is heavier duty. That said, it has not failed. I have only owned this chain for about a month so who knows how long it will last. The biggest concern is the jump ring that connects the clasp and the ring that the claps hooks to. These are light duty and I am concerned that if the chain gets snagged, the jump rings will give way. So I think it is important to put some heavier jump rings on the chain. Hobby stores have better rings and for not much money. I don't understand this short cut by the manufacturer. Because my medallion is silver, I am concerned with losing it if the chain breaks. Outside of that, the chain is perfect! I still gave it 4 stars because the jump rings are an easy fix. Just be aware of how this necklace is made. I greatly recommend this necklace.

Thought it would be good based on reviews. Have had it just over a month and it has already broke.

Previously I purchased the 2mm in 26" length and 5mm in 24" length - both have held up great. This time I went with the 2mm in 22" length and it arrived quickly, on time, and is the same great quality as the other 2! These work well when you have a charm/jewelery/anything that you want to throw onto a necklace.My other big pro for any of these is the clasp size, which is large enough to be able to grab and open/close easily (one of my biggest pet peeves are those super small clasps that always give your fingers a struggle).Lastly, these necklaces don't rust and take a beating as I've worn them swimming in ocean/fresh water, showered, and festival'ing!
