RIDGE WASHER 1.1 mm Foam Cannon Orifice Nozzle, Universal Thread Tips for Snow Foam Lance, 2 Pack

I installed one of these 1.1mm jets in my Armor All cannon and now the foam cannon works great. Before changing the jet, the foam cannon did work but the foam was too runny. After installing the replacement jet, the foam is thick and clings to the surface of the vehicle as it should. I use TW Hybrid Solutions Pure Wash with my cannon and it sprays on thick like a shaving cream now thanks to this 1.1mm jet. Pros: resolved runny foam problem, use less wash solution, brass, easy to install, dramatically increased dwell time Cons: none

Purchased these for a cheap foam cannon in an attempt to create more foam with a lower output, electric pressure washer. Definitely can notice a difference in foam production. While still not producing, super thick, shaving cream consistency foam, that could very likely be the combination of my pressure washer and foam cannon. In terms of these smaller diameter orifices, they did at least make a noticeable difference and were cheap enough to try.

These work for my Trinova foam cannon which had always made a really watery foam unlike what I’d see on YouTube videos or TikTok. But these fit right in and make pretty much any soap super thick just like you see in videos.

I bought this to use with my two Foam Cannons for washing my cars. Where I live the water is extremely hard and currently own an electric pressure washer that says its rated at 1.8 GPM & 3000 PSI but I highly doubt it. One of my foam cannons is a cheap one I got for around 18 bucks and the other is one is a torq that is much better quality and was around 70. After playing around with many different foaming car washes & changing up my set up in little ways I was able to go from runny, watery (yet slick) foam to thick suds and this little guy made all the difference. For around 6 bucks, you can't go wrong! After fitting this smaller orifice in my foam cannon, using distilled water in it, buying and using $25 hose spigot filter, and my fav shampoo/soap to water ratio... It literally changed my Car wash/detail game! TBH, this little addition was the real game-changer (especially in my cheap foam cannon). Even people passing by noticed, LOL. As soon as I made the change, people came up to my driveway asking me what soap/machine/contraption I was using and how my car wash looked like "that". With all that being said, I normally wouldn't go on and on about something like this but I'm so happy I found this and it makes all the difference, especially going through so many combinations of shampoos and trouble with my hard water and my sucky pressure washer. I feel your pain if you've got the lubrication and slickness from your shampoo but want super thick suds to actually stay on your car long enough to wash properly, try this! you wont regret it!

Works great

For whatever reason these would not allow my foam cannon to produce foam. I replaced the OEM orifice with this one and it would not generate foam, just slightly soapy spray. Put the larger OEM orifice back in and it began to create foam again. The foam is not as thick as I would like, which is why I purchased the 1.1 mm orifice, but I guess it is the only option I have. Three stars overall because it would not work for me. Seems like a decent product as far as the materials and manufacturing go.
