Womens Indian Long Skirts Sequins Ankle Length Rayon India Clothing

LOVE this skirt!, The 'ONE size ; waist is 26".!! It will stretch bigger, but would be more comfy and if it was 30 or 32 (UNSTRETCHED), it would fit more ladies, and not squeeze the waist. It is very sparkley with sequins. I removed them for a more refined hand dyed 'art' look. and more suitable for work, school or church. ( easy but time consuming!) The colors are as shown, and beautiful. The fabric is a light , airy gauze, but not poor quality.Still summer gauze must be handled with care, to last. The sequins are sewed on with long thread loops on the inside. They can snag. I removed them with the sequins. If this skirt had NO sequins, and loops and a more true ONE SIZE waist..it would rate a 5 for a pretty , summer skirt. a knock out on the beach or street. ( the skirt is about 35 inches long and about 72 " at the hem. )

It’s a shame that such a beautiful skirt has a huge coffee-like stain on the front, the waist band is soiled, and the elastic—upon first stretch— made noises, as if old. It has a draw string, so the elastic wasn’t a big deal, but seeing the stains…. I’m returning this. I have this same skirt in black (from a couple years ago) and I love it.

I was a bit leery of ordering since it was a one size fits all and I have put on weight and wear a woman's 16-18. My fears were for naught as both skirts fit well and have that stretch to accommodate my size. The colors are beautiful and the pattern in each sits well on a bigger frame and tones down the bigness.. At 5"6', the skirt length is ok. It does not drag onto the floor. The colors are in such variety, I can mix tank tops and sleeveless blouses and bring out whatever color suits my fancy. Well worth the money to be able to do that. I am thinking both will travel well with blouse changes so I can pack lighter. All in all, it was a good purchase for me.

Nice surprise when I saw the rich olive color and weight of the fabric. Really looked nice. Tried on and found the waist was quite snug for me. Lost a half dozen sequins taking out of package and slipping on. Could see that many weren't sewn on securely. Also found that waistband wasn't sewn on in proper alignment with side seams. The left side seam on my skirt ran down the left front, in the middle of my left thigh, while the right side seam was in it's proper place. Good news for me is the free shipping/return and I can send it back. Maybe it's luck of the draw, with some better than others. Regret it wasn't better construction. Maybe quality control is hit or miss and some are put together well. Not the one I received.

Beautiful skirt and color pattern, but is a tight in the waist for me, and a little long. , but I am not petite in my waist, but would highly reccomment it to others, I ordered at the same time an other color tone of the same style skirt and to my surprise the waist band was 11/2 inches wider and so it fit much better.I plan to reorder to see it the other one might come a little wider in the waist on this second attempt, for it is a beautiful skirt.

The photos in the product description don't really do it justice. The colors of the skirt are much more vivid, and the end of the waist tie has small bells that add nice detail. The sequins add a lot to the overall appearance. One caveat is that the sequins come off easily - there were two loose in one of the bags and after I hung them up for the first time I noticed two more on my closet floor that had fallen off one of the skirts. Fortunately losing sequins won't detract from the overall appearance since the colors are so vivid anyway.I am quite petite - 5'3" and barely 100 lbs and they fit me fine, so I wouldn't expect them to fit anyone over a size 12. The length is exactly what I wanted; they just clear my ankles.

I love this skirt! The fabric is very nice, the colors are vibrant and the sequins are a great feminine touch. I was a little worried about the length as I am 5'2'', but the length is perfect for me! However, a thread in the original sequin needlework "pleated" a portion of the skirt, so that "pleat" will have to be released. Because I will have to remove the sequins in that portion of the skirt and re-sew them on, I gave the skirt 4 stars instead of 5.

The material was almost see through it was so thin. You definitely need to wear something under it if you want to wear it in public. Other than that it’s a cute skirt. Cheap price and cheaply made.

Lovely skirt. OK for the price, though I might reapply the sequins as they are sewn on with long threads dangling - I worry about snagging them. I might just sew them more firmly and cut the loops. For me the waist band didn't fit, but I removed it and put a different waist band on making it a skirt which fitted me perfectly. If you are slender it will fit you just fine, but if you are more stout you will have to do a little minor dressmaking for your self. But there is lots of skirt material to create corrections with.It took quite a while for the skirt to arrive, so order well ahead of when you want it, too. But thankfully it did eventually arrive, probably with in its allotted time of about 6 weeks.

This skirt is just so pretty and the scarlet red colour is a beautifully rich shade. The sequins and gold pattern add to the overall appeal. The length is perfect for me as a maxi (I'm 5'3") but may be a bit short if you are tall. The skirt arrived very quickly. The only reason I've not given it 5 stars is because the waist, although it does stretch to the width stated, would be uncomfortably tight if you were a size 14 or more. I can sew, so was able to alter it to fit more comfortably.

Der Rock ist aus leicht transparentem Material. Ist mir ein bisschen zu lang und muss etwas gekürzt werden, damit er nicht fast den Boden berührt. Der Bund mit dem Gummizug war mir definitiv zu eng, muss ich auftrennen und einen anderen Gummi einsetzen, ist eher was für sehr schlanke Damen. Im Großen und Ganzen sieht der Rock aber total schön aus, in olivgrün schöner noch als auf der Abbildung. Ein paar Pailletten haben sich schon beim Auspacken verabschiedet, auch ist er ein wenig schief genäht, aber das stört mich nicht weiter. Für meine nächste Indienreise optimal.

I ordered skirt with red flowers but one arrived with navy flowers. The skirt was a bit smelly so I washed it and it shrunk. I really liked the length when I first tried it on, unfortunately after hand wash in sink it is higher now. It doesn’t have lining, the material is too thin to wear without lining. Had to have one made. I don’t think it is worth the price. I like the colour and style and nice for the summer.
