The DEWALT 50-foot retractable air hose reel has been a great investment. I’ve used it for nearly two years in a shop environment, and it still works like new. The build quality is excellent — the housing is tough, the retraction system is smooth, and the hose itself hasn’t cracked or worn. Ease of use is a big plus. It retracts cleanly every time, locks where you want it, and swivels freely on the mount. For shop or garage setups, it keeps the space clean and efficient. I mean it’s Dewalt so the quality is already going to be better than a cheap brand. I wanted to wait a few weeks before doing my review, as I’ve been testing the unit mounted in the back of my truck for work. I do construction and this thing is fantastic. Definitely recommend having two arms if you’re going to be mounting it to something mobile like a truck but overall I’m very happy with the product and its capabilities. Seems like a very strong unit that will last a while.
