The products incorporate a fat burning thermo mix; I have lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks, last year I dropped 50 lbs in 4 months, I am getting ripped at 60 years old. You must eat properly, take MNS, and definitely exercise. I weight train to keep large muscle groups active to fat burn. Meals to consist of protein-veg/fruit-complex carbo.I have tried other supplements, these are awesome. Yes, cost is up there, but the results are incredible, there is nothing else like this product.

Expensive.....lifetime commitment
I love Advocare. I love how it works and how well it makes me feel. I have used Advocare off and on for ten years. What I don't like it the price. To use this product it will cost an average of $100 a month that's why I give it 3 stars. Also for me, every time I get to goal weight and go off Advocare the weight comes right back on. If money is not an issue and if a life time of taking the pills doesn't seem bad then yes Advocare is for you.

Not as good as MNS3 & MNSC
I am an avid Advocare user and love most of their product. However, this product makes my stomach hurt. The MNSc and MNS3 do not make my stomach hurt but this one gives me intense stomach pains even when I take with food and tons of water. Also these prices on Amazon for Advocate are getting way too high. Can get a much better deal from Amazon directly. Must be distributors reselling here and marking up?

Great Product
I have low thyroid output and have to take pills for that. However, the pills have not given me much energy. Advocare products are nutritional supplements that have helped my mind work clearer, and my body function better. Great product.

I guess everyone body is different because they give me energy and I can tell when I don't take them. In my opinion they're better than the MNS 3.

I tried this product after loving MNS3 I thought it would give me more Energy. This did help curb my appetite a lot but made me feel so crappy. Sick to my stomach and a huge headache. Not worth it! I'll go back to MNS3 though.
