Great knife and great purchase
This is a quality ergonomic knife. My wife suffers from arthritis and needed a paring knife with a comfortable shape and size and this knife is it. The knife is a suitable size for paring and slicing and chopping vegetable and fruits. It is very sharp and seems to hold a good edge, although I have only used it for a few months. I am very pleased with this purchase and will recommend this to anyone.

Super sharp
I have to say I wasn't expecting too much. I'm used to high quality kitchen knives mine are all Miyabi. I saw this knife on Instagram and wanted to give it a try, since I don't have a boning knife. It is AMAZING! I absolutely love it. It's super sharp and not too heavy and the price is right! Would definitely purchase again!

Love it!
This is very sharp, nice weight very balanced, works great, not dull but very sharp we used it for the first time just now, I like to buy chuck roast then cut them into chuck steak, so I had 2 different chuck roast my husband cut the first and I cut the 2nd roast, it cut them into perfect steaks, I got 6 thick steaks, I love how it's so balanced the handle is so easy on your hands, I plan on buying another one, because all we eat is meat, I highly recommend this for any one to buy it's worth it!!! Awesome love it!!

Premium paring knife.
Huge step up from my grocery-store paring knife I've been using for over 20 years. Way more substantial. Nice and sharp, but not amazingly so. Very pointy tip, so be careful. Everything is more substantial, beautiful and refined. The blade is much thicker which is great on a hunting knife, but I'm not sure that is the case on a paring knife. Foods that cling to the blade seem slightly more difficult to slice through than with my old thin-bladed paring knife. I'm thinking that a high-quality knife with a thinner blade would be preferable, but it is still nice to work with. Other foods slice great. Comes with a nice little sheath to cover the blade when needed.

Great Bread knife
The knife works fantastic for slicing my homemade bread. It’s comfortable to handle and the weight of knife is just right. It is good quality and should last a long time.

Excellent kitchen tool

The Best Bread Knife, Especially for Sourdough
I love my Paudin 10" knife. I use it to slice my sourdough bread. It works so smooth and with very little effort from me. I am so happy that I bought this knife and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a good bread knife.
